Claims (1)
- p층 다결정실리콘(2)에 확산공정으로 두께 1-2㎛의 n층 다결정실리콘(3)을 제작하고 이에 비정질실리콘 태양전지인 p층 비정질실리콘(4), i층 비정질실리콘(5), n층 비정질실리콘(6)을 차례로 제적한 후 투명전도막(ITO) (7)과 금속전극(1)을 제작하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 고호율 실리콘 태양전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
