Claims (6)
- 태양전지와 박막 전지를 갖은 기판의 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 광전지.
- 태양전지는 수소를 함유하는 비정질, 미결정 혹은 다결정 박막 Si를 모체로 하고, Pn, Pin 또는 쇼트키이 접합의 단위구성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 칭구범위 제1항 기재의 광전지.
- 상기 전지는 Li이온 도전성(導電性)을 갖은 고체전해질이 있는 2차 전지인 특허 칭구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 광전지.
- 상기 2차 전지는 Li화합물로된 음극과 Li4SiO4,Li3PO4로된 고체 전해질층과 TiS2로된 양극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 칭구범위 제3항 기재의 광전지.
- 기판이 수지필름 또는 금속박을 함유하는 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 칭구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 기재된 광전지.
