제2도는 본 발명에 의한 광전지의 실시예의 종(縱) 단면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 태양전지와 박막 전지를 갖은 기판의 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 광전지.
  2. 태양전지는 수소를 함유하는 비정질, 미결정 혹은 다결정 박막 Si를 모체로 하고, Pn, Pin 또는 쇼트키이 접합의 단위구성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 칭구범위 제1항 기재의 광전지.
  3. 상기 전지는 Li이온 도전성(導電性)을 갖은 고체전해질이 있는 2차 전지인 특허 칭구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 광전지.
  4. 상기 2차 전지는 Li화합물로된 음극과 Li4SiO4,Li3PO4로된 고체 전해질층과 TiS2로된 양극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 칭구범위 제3항 기재의 광전지.
  5. 기판이 수지필름 또는 금속박을 함유하는 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 칭구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 기재된 광전지.
