Claims (16)

  1. (i) 프라이머리 백킹의 일면을 본질적으로 덮는 파일 부재수단을 포함하는 프라이머리 백킹층, (ii) 2차 백킹의 일면을 본질적으로 덮는 루프 부재수단을 가지는 2차 백킹층, (iii) 파일 부재수단과 루프 수단이 카페트의 인접양면에 노출되도록 2차 백킹층을 프라이머리 백킹에 고착시키는 수단 및 (iv) 일면은 훅크 수단을 가지고 타면은 마루바닥 현장에 바로 부착되는 수단을 가지며 카페트를 마루에 고정시키기 위하여 훅크수단을 루프수단과 결합시킴으로써 2차 백킹의 루프부재 수단의 적어도 일부와 상기 훅크수단이 부착되는 별개의 또는 붕리 가능한 스트립형 부재를 포함하고 벽면에서 벽면까지의 적용에서 기계장치의 사용에 의한 신장을 요하지 않고 본질적으로 경화제가 포함되지 않으며 별도의 인더패드가 없이 마루에 부착할 수 있으며 벽에서 벽까지의 설치 현장에서 현장 장소의 외형에 맞추어 카페트를 재단하여 사용하는 카페트 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 백킹층을 프라이머리 백킹에 부착시키는 수단이 파일 부재수단을 프라이머리 백킹내로 고착시키기 위하여 본질적으로 프라이머리 백킹의 타면 전표면을 따라 접착체가 피복도어 있는 라미나 카페트 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머리 백킹층과 2차 백킹층사이에 삽입되어 2차 백킹층을 프라이머리 백킹에 고정시키고 접착성과 쿠션을 부여하는 포움층을 포함하는 라미나 카페트 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 포음층이 라텍스인 카페트 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 훅크수단이 비교적 좁은 폭의 별개 테이프로서 공급되는 카페트 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 훅크수단의 현장 부착수단이 감압성 접착제인 카페트 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 훅크수단이 감압 접착제가 사용전에는 부착을 막지만 훅크수단이 마루에 부착될 수 있도록 벗겨지고 제거될 수 있는 제거용 종이로 피복되어 있는 카페트 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 훅크수단이 루프수단과 불완전하게 결합되지 않도록 훅크수단면쪽에 훅크수단 카바가 더 제공되는 카페트 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 훅크수단면이 훅크가 없는 면을 포함하고 훅크카바수단이 갑압성 접착제에 의하여 부착되어 있는 제거용 종이를 포함하며 이 종이가 훅크와 루프의 불완전한 접속을 막기 위하여 훅크수단위로 연장되어 있는 카페트 시스템.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 훅크수단이 비교적 좁은 폭의 별개 테이프로서 개별적으로 공급되는 카페트 시스템.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 훅크수단을 위한 현장 부착수단이 감압성 접착제인 카페트 시스템.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 훅크수단상의 감압성 접착제에 부착을 막지만 훅크수단을 부착시키기 위하여 벗겨져 베거될 수 있는 제거용 종이가 덮혀있는 카페트 시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 훅크수단이 루프수단과의 불완전한 부착을 방지하기 위하여 훅크수단면에 카바가 또한 제공되는 카페트 시스템.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 훅크수단이 일면이 훅크없는 영역을 함유하고 훅크카바수단이 감압성 접착제에 의하여 부착되는 제거용 종이를 포함하며 제거용 종이가 훅크가 루프의 불완전한 접속을 막기 위하여 훅크수단상으로 연장되는 카페트 시스템.
  15. (i) 프라이머리 백킹의 일면을 본질적으로 덮는 파일수단을 포함하는 프라이머리 백킹층, (ii) 2차 백킹의 일면을 본질적으로 덮는 루프부재수단을 가지는 2차 백킹층, (iii) 파일을 프라이머리 백킹에 고착시키고 프라이머리와 2차 백킹을 서로 부착시키기 위하여 프라이머리 백킹의 타면 전 표면을 본질적으로 피복하는 접착제 수단 및, (iv) 상면에 훅크와 루프 접속시스템의 별도 2차부를 가지고 하면에 마루에 부착하기 위하여 감압 접착 수단을 가지는 스트립형 부재를 포함하고 벽면에서 벽면까지의 적용에서 기계장치 또는 기구의 사용에 의하여 신장을 요하지 않고 본질적으로 경화제가 포함되지 않으며 별도의 언더패드가 없이 마루에 부착할 수 있으며 벽에서 벽까지의 설치 현장에서 현장 장소의 외형에 맞추어 카페트를 재단하여 사용하는 라미나 카페트 시스템.
  16. (a) 카페트를 실내에 위치시키고 현장장소의 외형에 맞도록 카페트를 재단하고 (b) 적어도 가장자리와 마물림을 따라 일부의 마루를 노출시키기 위하여 카페트 일부를 접고 (c) 테이프의 접착 하면으로부터 제거가능한 카바를 제거하고 그러한 테이프를 마루에 부착하고 (d) 테이프상에 원하는 중복 위치로 카페트를 손으로 펼치고 (e) 훅크로부터 분리가능한 카바를 제거하고 훅크와 루프 고정시스템을 접속하기 위하여 카페트의 루프가 하방으로 가도록 위치하고 (f) 기계적인 신장없이 카페트를 마루에 부착시키기 위하여 요구되는 (b),(c),(d)와 (e) 단계를 반복하는 단계들을 포함하는, 본질적으로 딱딱하지 않으며 훅크와 루프결합의 일부로서 카페트 전체 후면에 총체적으로 식부된 루프를 가지고 카페트와는 별도로, 하면이 스트립을 마루에 고정시키기 위한 제거 가능한 카바로 보호된 접착제를 가지고 상면에 훅크와 루프결합의 일부로서 제거 가능한 카바에 의하여 보호되는 훅크를 가지는 테이프를 포함하는 라미나 카페트 시스템의 설치방법.
