Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Hakenbahn sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hakenbahn (1) für einen aus einer Hakenbahn und einer Schlaufenbahn bestehenden Klettverschluß, wobei die Hakenbahn aus einem Kunststoff besteht, wie beispielsweise Polypropylen oder Polyäthylen, und folienartig, vorzugsweise im Extrusionsverfahren hergestellt, ausgebildet wird, wobei weiter oberseitig Verhaftungselemente (2) in Form von Haken (3), Pilzköpfen (6) oder dergleichen ausgebildet werden, wohingegen die Unterseite glattflächig mit einer aufgetragenen Selbstklebeschicht (7) versehen wird, und schlägt zur Erzielung einer lufteinschlußfreien Verlegung vor, daß durch einen Energiestrahl oder thermo-mechanisch in der Hakenbahn (1) Durchgangslöcher (L) ausgebildet werden, die auch die unterseitig aufgebrachte Selbstklebeschicht (7) durchsetzen.
