Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a sistema de alfombra laminada, para emplearse en una instalación de pared-a-pared en una ubicación para cortar y ajustar la alfombra, para adaptar los contornos de la ubicación en el sitio y para conectar a un piso sin una almohadilla o substrato separado subyacente, caracterizado porque comprende: (i) una capa de tejido de fondo primario, que tiene montajes de pelo de alfombra, que cubren a un primer lado de el tejido de fondo primario, (ii) una capa de tejido secundario que tiene montajes de bucle, que cubren substancialmente un primer lado del tejido de fondo secundario, (iii) montajes para sujetar la capa de tejido de fondo secundario con el tejido de fondo primario, de manera tal que los montajes de pelo de alfombra y los bucles están expuestos en caras confinantes de la alfombra, (iV) ganchos en un primer lado de una porción tipo cinta separada o separable, que tienen montajes en un segundo lado opuesto para conexión en sitio al piso, para unir dichos ganchos cuando menos a una porción de los montajes de bucle en el tejido de fondo secunadrio, por acoplamiento de los ganchos y los bucles, para sostener dicha alfombra a un piso; (v) en donde la laminación de alfombra substancialmente está libre de rigidizador, para no requerir estirado en aplicaciones de pared-a-pared por el uso de aparatos mecánicos.
