Claims (15)

  1. 하기 화학 일반식에 따르는 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 및 수화물.
    상기식에서, R은 존재하지 않거나, 또는 2-할로, 3-할로, 4-할로, 3-트리플루오로메틸, 4-트리플루오로메틸, 3-메틸, 3-에틸, 3-메톡시, 3-에톡시, 3-메톡시카보닐, 4-메톡시카보닐, 3-에톡시카보닐 또는 4-에톡시카보닐을 포함하는 일-, 이- 또는 삼-치환체이고; R1은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 저급알킬중에서 선택되며; 단, R1이 둘다 수소인 경우 R은 존재하며, 4-클로로는 아니다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1중 하나가 수소이고 다른 하나는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸중에서 선택되는 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 둘다 수소인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R이 존재지 않거나, 또는 부가적인 치환체로서 할로, 트리플루오로메틸, 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 메톡시카보닐, 에톡시카보닐, 하이드록시, 아미노 또는 니트로를 포함하는 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R이 2-클로로, 3-클로로, 3-플루오로, 2-브로모, 3-브로모, 4-브로모, 3-트리플루오로메틸, 4-트리플루오로메틸, 3-메틸, 3-메톡시, 3-에톡카보닐 또는 4-에톡시카보닐을 포함하는 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R이 일- 또는 이-치환체인 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R이 3-트리플루오로메틸, 4-트리플루오로메틸, 3-메틸 또는 3-메톡시를 포함하는 화합물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, R이 3--트리플루오로메틸인 화합물.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, R이 3-플루오로, 2-클로로, 3-클로로, 2-브로모, 3-브로모, 4-브로모, 3--트리플루오로메틸, 4-트리플루오로메틸, 3-메틸, 3,4-디클로로, 3-메틸-4-브로모, 3-메톡시-4-브로모, 3-클로로-4-메톡시, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-메톡시, 3,4-디메톡시, 3-에톡시카실닐, 4-에톡시카보닐,3-트리플루오로메틸-4-하이드록시,3-트리플루오로메틸-4- 아미노, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-니트로, 및 3-트리플루오로메틸-5-하이드록시, 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 화합물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R이 3-플루오로, 3-트리플루오로메틸, 3-메틸, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-메톡시, 3,4-디메톡시, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-하이드록시, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-아미노, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-니트로 및 3-트리플루오로메틸-5-하이드록시로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 화합물.
  11. 제3항의 화합물 유효량 및 약제학적 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 포유동물의 심장이 수축성이 증가시키는 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물.
  12. 제5항의 화합물 유효량 및 약제학적 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 포유동물 심장의 수축성을 증가시키는 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물.
  13. 제7항의 화합물 유효량 및 약제학적 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 포유동물 심장의 수축성을 증가시키는 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물.
  14. 제8항의 화합물 유효량 및 약제학적 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 포유동물 심장의 수축성을 증가시키는 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물.
  15. 제9항의 화합물 유효량 및 약제학적 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 포유동물 심장의 수축성을 증가시키는 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물.
