Claims (11)

  1. 수종의 반응물의 화학양론적 양의 급속반응 및 분무장치에서 방응 생성물의 분무에 의한 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법으로서, 기체상 매체대 생성물류의 질량비가 0.04~0.3(kg/kg)이 되도록 반응물과 기체상 매체의 질량을 계량하면서 기체상 매체를 개개의 반응물류 각각에 첨가하고 임으로는 가열후에 반응물류를 배합하고 최종적으로 기체 비함유 반응물류로부터 계산되고 분무창지의 자유단면을 기준으로 한 0.1~15m/sec의 속도로 분무장치를 통과하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 농축 수성 알칼리에의해 중화됨을 특징으로 하는 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 에스테르가 농축 수성 알칼리에 의해 비누화됨을 특징으로 하는 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고형물, 자유유동 세탁 활성 생성물을 제조하기 위한 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응물류중 하나, 특히 산류가 완충제의 현탁액이나 용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 세탁활성 알칼리 황산염 또는 술폰산염을 제조하기 위한 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 과붕산나트륨이 완충제로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고형물, 자유유동 세탁 활성물을 제조하기 위한 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비등점이 낮은 용매로부터 유리되는 생성물을 제조하기 위한 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지방족 알코올 에톡실레이트의 황산 1/2에스테르를 수성 알칼리로 중화시킴으로써, 고형분을 기준으로 하여 디오산의 함량이 200ppm이하인 지방족 알코올 에테르 황산염을 제조하기 위한 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로로아세트산이 농축 알칼리 수산화물로 반응됨을 특징으로 하는 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 3급아민이 알킬화됨을 특징으로 하는 고상 또는 호상 생성물의 제조방법.
