제 1도는 애폭시 수지매트릭스에서 폴리에틸렌 섬유가 압력이 걸리는 방향에 대해 45°의 배향을 이루는 것을 나타낸다(무기섬유는 도시되지 않음).
제 2도는 매트릭스에서 폴리에틸렌 섬유가 압력이 걸리는 방향에 대해 직강의 배향을 이루는 것을 나타낸다.(무기섬유 없음).
제 3도는 에폭시수지에서 탄소섬유 또는 유리섬유가 압력이 걸리는 방향에 대해 +1/-15의 배향을 이루는 것을 나타낸다.
제 4도는 PE섬유가 압력이 걸리는 방향에 대해 60°의 배향을 이루는 것을 나타낸다.

Claims (17)

  1. 파괴길이가 80Km 이상이고 파괴시 신장율이 2% 이상인 섬유가 압력이 걸리는 방향에 대해 +/-(45-90°)의 각도로 메트릭스에 함침되는 것을 특징으로는 섬유가 함침된 메트릭스로 구성되어 있는 에너지 흡수용 복합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이 섬유가 다른 섬유, 바람직하기로는 무기섬유와 함께 메트릭스에 함침되며 다른 섬유의 각도가 압력이 걸리는 방향에 대해 0-+/-30°의 예각인 것을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 섬유가 초고분자량(M〉107g/mol)의 선형 폴리에틸렌(PE)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다른 섬유가 층층이 번갈아 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 파괴길이가 80Km이상이고. 파괴시 신장율이 2%이상인 섬유또는 PE섬유가 외부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 섬유의 함유율이 40-85v,%인것을 특징으로 하는 복합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항중어느 한 항에 있어서, 파괴길이가 80Km이상이고 파괴시 신장율이 2%이상인 섬유또는 PE섬유의 함유율이 10-85V.%인것을 특징으로 하는 복합물
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 입력이 걸리는 방향에 대해 파괴길이가 80km이상이고 파괴시 신장율이 2%이상인 섬유 또는 PE섬유가 +/-(45-90)의 각도로, 다른 섬유가 +/-(0-30)의 각도로 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  9. 제 1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다른 섬유가 파괴시 낮은(〈5%)신장율을 가지는 것을 특징응로하는 복합물.
  10. 제 1항내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다른 섬유가 탄소섬유 또는 유리섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물.
  11. 제 1항내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 엑폭시수지, 폴리에스테르 또는 파괴길이가 80Km이상이고 파괴시 신장율이 2%이상인 섬유 또는 PE섬유와 혼합될 수 있는 섬유로 구성되는것을 특징으로 하는 복합물
  12. 제 1항내지 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 압력이 걸리는 측에 대해 직각인 단면이 항상 관통형, 예를 들어 튜브 또는 박스 거어더인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물
  13. 제 1항내지 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전체적으로 경직된 플레이트, 예를 들어 주름진 프레이트로서 만들어 지는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  14. 제 12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 단면적 및/또는 단면의 모양에 대해 단면이 압력이 걸리는 방향으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물
  15. 제 1항내지 14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 헬리콥터의 지지프레임 또는 플로어 항공기 시이트, 자동차의 휀더등으로 이용되는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물.
  16. 제 1항내지 15항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 층층이 존재하는 섬유가 조사, 제직물, 편직물, 리본 또는 브레이디드 되는 재직 호오스형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합물.
  17. 제 1항내지 16항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 초기하중 피이크를 감소시키기 위해서 라미네이트, 파손개시제(트리거 메카니즘)로서 복합물의 한쪽 또는 양쪽끝단에 있는 지지부가 구조적으로 파괴시 신장율이 2%이상인 90 배향된 섬유 또는 PE섬유의 에너지 소모에 기여하는 식으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로하는 복합물.
