Claims (14)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 비페닐 유도체 또는 이의 염.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 저급알콕시카보닐그룹이고, R2는 저급알콕시카보닐그룹이거나, 또는 R1및 R2가 함께는 결합되어 구조식의 그룹을 형성하며 ; R3및 R4는 각각 저급알콕시그룹이고 ; 환 A는 치환되거나 비치환된 황-함유 또는 질소-함유 헤테로사이클릭 환이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환 A가 페닐설포닐그룹 또는 저급알킬페닐설포닐그룹으로 임의 치환된 티오펜, 피롤, 이미다졸, 피리딘, 인돌, 퀴놀린, 티아졸 또는 옥사졸환인 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 탄소수 2 내지 5의 알콕시카보닐 그룹이거나, 또는 R1및 R2가 함께는 결합되어 구조식의 그룹을 형성하고 ; R3및 R4는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시 그룹이며 ; 환 A는 티오펜, 피리딘, 인돌 또는 N-페닐설포닐 인돌인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 환 A가 티오펜인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 4-하이드록시-5,6-비스-(메톡시카보닐)-7-(3,4-디메톡시페닐)벤조[b]티오펜 또는 이의 염인 화합물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서 4-하이드록시-5-하이드록시메틸-7-(3,4-디메톡시페닐)벤조[b]티오펜-6-카복실산 락톤 또는 이의 염인 화합물.
  7. 하기 일반식(III)의 알데히드 화합물, 또는 이의 디-저급알킬아세탈 또는 이의 염.
    상기식에서, R3및 R4는 각각 저급알콕시그룹이고 ; R5는 수소원자, 알킬그룹 또는 아실그룹이며 ; 환 A는 치환되거나 비치환된 황-함유 또는 질소-함유 헤테로사이클릭환이다.
  8. 하기 일반식(IV)의 디하이드로푸란 화합물 또는 이의 염.
    상기식에서, R3및 R4는 각각 저급알콕시그룹이고 ; R6은 저급알킬그룹이며 ; 환 A는 치환되거나 비치환된 황-함유 또는 질소-함유 헤테로사이클릭 환이다.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 환 A가 페닐설포닐 그룹 또는 저급알킬페닐설포닐 그룹으로 임의 치환된 티오펜, 피롤, 이미다졸, 피리딘, 인돌, 퀴놀린, 티아졸 또는 옥사졸 환인 화합물.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시 그룹이고, 환 A는 티오펜, 피리딘, 인돌 또는 N-페닐설포닐 인돌인 화합물.
  11. 하기 일반식(I)의 비페닐 유도체 또는 이의 염의 치료적 유효량을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 항지혈작용(hypolipidemic activity)을 갖는 약제학적 조성물
    상기식에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 저급알콕시카보닐그룹이고, R2는 저급알콕시카보닐그룹이거나, 또는 R1및 R2가 함께는 결합되어 구조식의 그룹을 형성하며 ; R3및 R4는 각각 저급알콕시그룹이고 ; 환 A는 치환되거나 비치환된 황-함유 또는 질소-함유 헤테로사이클릭환이다.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 과지방혈증(hyperlipidenia) 또는 동맥경화증의 치료 또는 예방에 사용하기 위한 약제학적 조성물.
  13. 하기 일반식(II)의 아세틸렌 화합물과 하기 일반식(III) 또는 (IV)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 반응시키고, 필요할 경우 생성물을 이의 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(I)의 비페닐 유도체 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R11은 수소원자 또는 저급알콕시카보닐그룹이고 ; R21은 저급알콕시카보닐그룹이며 ; R3및 R4는 각각 저급알콕시그룹이고 ; 환 A는 치환되거나 비치환된 황-함유 또는 질소-함유 헤테로사이클릭 환이며 ; R5는 수소원자, 알킬그룹 또는 아실그룹이고 ; R6은 저급알킬그룹이다.
  14. 하기 일반식(I-a)의 비스-저급알콕시카보닐 비페닐 화합물 또는 이의 염을 환원적으로 락톤화시키고, 필요할 경우 생성물을 이의 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(I)의 비페닐 유도체 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R3및 R4는 각각 저급알콕시그룹이고 ; R7및 R8은 각각 저급알킬그룹이며 ; 환 A는 치환되거나 비치환된 황-함유 또는 질소-함유 헤테로사이클릭환이다.
