Claims (19)

- 제 3 항에 있어서, 방향족 헤테로시클기가 질소, 산소 및 황원자로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 1 내지 3헤테로 원자를 함유하는 5-내지 12-원의 방향족 헤테로 시클기인 치환 알킬 아민 유도체 및 그의 무독성 염
- 제 2 항에 있어서, R¹이 할로겐 원자 및 히드록실기, 시아노기, 포르밀기, 히드록시메틸기, C₁~C₃알킬기, C3~C5알케닐기, C3~C5알키닐기, C₁~C₃ 알콕시기, C3~C5알케닐옥시기, 페닐기, 푸릴기, 티에닐기, 옥사졸릴기, 티아졸릴기, 이소옥사졸릴기, 피롤릴기, 및 이미다졸릴기로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 하나의 치환체 또는 두 개의 동일하거나 상이한 치환체를 가질 수 있는 페닐기, 나프틸기, 푸릴기, 티에닐기, 피리딜기 옥사졸릴기, 티아졸릴기, 이소옥사졸릴기, 이소티아졸릴기, 피라지릴기, 피라마디닐기, 파라다지닐기, 1,3,5-트리아지닐기, 벤조푸라닐기, 벤조티에닐기, 벤조옥사졸릴기, 벤조티아졸릴기, 또는 벤조푸라지릴기인 치환 알킬아민 유도체 및 그의 무독성 염
- 제 2 항에 있어서 R¹이 2-메틸페닐기, 2-플루오로페닐기, 3-시이노페닐기, 3-(2-푸릴)페닐기, 3-(2-티에닐)페닐기, 3-(5-옥사졸릴)페닐기, 3-(1-피롤릴)페닐기, 3-(1-이미다졸릴)페닐기 또는 3-(5-티아졸릴)페닐기인 치환 알킬아민 유도체 및 그의 무독성 염
- 제 1 항에 있어서 R³가 1 내지 3탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 일릴기, 프로파길기 또는 시클로프로필기를 나타내며: R6가 일반식의 기(식중, Rd는 수소원자, 1 내지 4틴소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 또는 1 내지 4 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기를 나타내고, Re및 Rf는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 메틸기 또는 에틸기를 나타내거나, 함께 시클로 프로필기를 나타낼 수 있다)인 치환 알킬 아민 유도체 및 그의 무독성 염
- 제 7 항에 있어서, R³가 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 프로필기를 타나내는 치환 알킬아민 유도체 및 그의 무독성 염
- (a)일반식(II)의 치환아민 유도체 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 유도체를 일반식(III)의 화합물 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 유도체와 반응시킨후, 필요하면, 보호기를제거하거나, (b)일반식(IV)의 화합물 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 유도체를 일반식(V)의 치환아민 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 유도체와 반응시킨후, 필요하면 보호기를 제거하고, 필요하면, 수득된 화합물을 무독성 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에서 청구한 일반식(I)의 치환 알킬 아민 유도체 및 그의 무독성 염의 제조방법(식중, A,Q,X,Y,R1,R2,R3,R4,R5및 R6는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 동일하고 Z는 이탈기이다)
- 일반식(Ia) 의 치환 알킬아민 유도체 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 화합물을 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요하면 보호기를 제거하고, 필요하면 수득된 화합물을 무독성 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ib) 의 치환 알킬아민 유도체 및 그의 무독성 염의 제조방법식중[A,Q,X,Y,R1,R2,R4,R5및 R6는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 동일하고, R3 ′는 저급 알킬기, 저급 알케닐기, 저급 알키닐기 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, Z는 이탈기를 나타낸다]
- 일반식 (Ⅶ)의 화합물 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 유도체를 일반식(Ⅷ)의 치환 아민 유도체 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요하면 보호기를 제거하고, 필요하면 수득된 화합물을 무독성 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ic) 의 치환 알킬 아민 유도체 또는 그의 무독성 염의 제조방법식중 [A,Q,R1,R2,R4,R5및 R6는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 동일하고, Xa는 카르보닐기 또는 식-CHRa- 의 기 (여기서, Ra는 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다)이고 Ya는 산소원자 또는 황원자 또는 식-NR5′의 기)여기서 Rb는 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다)이고, Z는 이탈기를 나타낸다]
- 일반식 (IX)의 화합물 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 유도체를 일반식(X)의 치환 아민 유도체 또는 그의 적당하게 보호된 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요하면 보호기를 제거한 다음 필요하면, 수득된 화합물을 무독성 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Id) 의 치환 알킬 아민 유도체 또는 그의 무독성 염의 제조방법식중[ A,Q,R1,R2,R4,R5및 R6는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 동일하고, Xb는 산소원자 또는 황원자 또는 식 -NRb- 의 기)여기서 Rb는 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다)를 나타내고, Yb는 카르보닐기 또는 식 -CHRa- 의기 (여기서 Ra는 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다)를 나타내고, Z는 이탈기를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물 또느 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염을 함유하는 의약
- 일반식 (I)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염을 함유하는 과콜레스테롤혈중, 과지방혈증, 또는 동맥경화증의 치료제
- 제 1 항에 따른 일반식 (I)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염의 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 담체 또는 희석제를 함유항는 약제학적 제제
- 치료를 필요로 하는 개인에게 제 1 항에 따른 화합물의 치료 유효량을 투여하여, 개인의 과콜레스테롤혈증, 과지방혈증, 또는 동맥경화증을 치료하는 방법
- 질병의 억제 또는 예방을 위한 제 1 항의 일반식 (I)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염의 용도
- 과콜레스테롤혈증, 과지방혈증, 또는 동맥경화증을 억제 또는 예방하기 위한 제 1 항의 일반식(I)화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염의 용도
