Claims (8)
- 회토류 금속과 천이금속을 함유하는 적어도 두 개의 자기합금막들과, 적어도 두 개의 투명막들이 기판상에 상기 자기합금막들과 상기 투명막들의 각각이 상하로, 교호로 놓이게 적층되고 상기 자기합금막의 막두께가 5-250Å, 상기 투명막의 막두께가 5-4000Å 및 상기 자기합금막과 상기 투명막의 합계막 두께가 1μm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회토류 금석이 Sm, Nd, Pr, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy 및 Ho 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이고, 천이금속은 Fe, Co 및 Ni 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서 자기합금막이 무정형 자기합금막인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명막의 굴절율이 n이 1.3-4.0 이고 홉광계수 k가 k0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명막이 SiOx(0<x2),ZnS, MgF2, AlNx(0<x1), ZnO, SiNx(0x4/3)중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 회토류 금속과 천이금속을 함유하는 적어도 두 개의 자기합금막들과 적어도 두 개의 금속막들이 기판상에 상기 자기합금막들과 상기 금속막들의 각각이 상하로 교호로 놓이게 적층되고 상기 자기합금막의 막두께가 5-200Å이고, 상기 금속막의 막두께가 5-200Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 회토류 금속이 Sm, Nd, Pr, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy 및 Ho 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소이고, 천이금속은 Fe, Co 및 Ni 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속막이 Fe, Co. Ni, Pd, Pt 및 Ti 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기광학 기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
