Claims (3)

  1. 부동부에 설치되어서 가동부를 안내하는 안내수단과, 상기 부동부와 가동부간에 위치하는 구동력전달부를 구비하고 있는 직선안내구동장치에 있어서, 상기 구동력 전달부를 상기 안내수단의 좌우에 각각 배치한것을 특징으로 하는 직선안내구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동력 전달부는 랙-피니온 장치로된 직선안내구동장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가동부에 이동 거리를 검출하기 위하여 상기 가동부에 고정된 헤드와 이 해드에 지지된 인댁스와, 그리고 부동부에 설치되어서 상기 인덱스와 협동하는 스케일로된 공학식 거리계를 더 구비하고 있는 직선안내구동장치.
