Claims (11)

  1. 구조식을 갖는 아미드와 구조식(S)m(할로겐)n을 갖는 할로겐화항(sulfur-halogen)화합물을, 임의적으로 유기염기의 존재하에, 반응시킴을 포함하는 구조식.
    을 갖는 할로이소티아졸론(haloisothiazolones)의 제조공정. 단, 상기식에서 X1은 할로겐원소 ; X-는 수소 혹은 할로겐원소를 나타내며, X1과 X2는 이들이 부착되는 탄소원자의 함께 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 형성하는데 참여될 수 있으며 ; R은 탄소원자 1-18의 알킬탄소원자 2-18의 알케닐(alkenyl)혹은 알키닐(alkynyl)의 탄소원자 3-12의 시클로알킬 탄소원자 10이하의 아랄킬(aralkyl), 혹은 탄소원자 10이하의 아릴이며 ; m 및 n은 상수로써, 또는 2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응은 단일용기(single kettle)내에서 수행됨을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, X는 수소임을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, X는 염소(chloro)임을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R은 C1-C8알킬, 시클로핵실 및 n-옥틸에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  6. 1항에 있어서, 반응은 아크릴아미드의 당량당 약 2-4당량의 할로겐화황 화합물, (S)m(할로겐)n,로써 유도됨을 특징으로하는 제조공정. 단 상기식에서 m 및 n은 상수 1 혹은 2이다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 반응시간은 1-15시간이며, 반응온도는 90℃이상임을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화황(sulfur halogen)화합물은 SCl2혹은 S2Cl2로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  9. 1항에 있어서, 유기아민염기(organic amine base)가 사용됨을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  10. 9항에 있어서, 상기 유기염기는 피리딘(pyridine)임을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
  11. 9항에 있어서, 유기염기는 트리에틸아민임을 특징으로하는 제조공정.
