Claims (9)

  1. 트리아졸 또는 이미다졸, 바람직하게는 트리아졸기를 함유하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염.
    [식중, A는 Ph가 페닐렌핵이고 m=0 또는 1, 바람직하게는 0인 (Y)nPh-(CH2)m기이고, Y는 할로겐 원자 또는 시아노 또는 니트로 래디칼 또는 원한다면 할로겐화될 수 있는 알킬 또는 알콕시, 페닐, 페녹시, 벤질 또는 벤질옥시기이고, n은 0 또는 6이하의 양의 정수로서 n이 1보다 클때 Y기가 동일하거나 또는 다를 수 있으며, Tr은 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일기를 나타내고 Im은 1,3-이미다졸-1-일기를 나타내고, R1내지 R5는 동일하거나 또는 다르며, 수소원자 또는 원한다면 치환(예를 들면, 할로겐원자 및 저급알콕시 래디칼과 같은 하나이상의 원자 또는 래디칼로 치환)될 수 있는 저급알킬, 저급 시클로알킬, 아릴(특히 페닐), 아르알킬(특히 벤질), 저급알콕시, 저급알카노일 또는 아로일(특히 벤조일)래디칼이고, X1은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 원한다면 R1내지 R5기와 유사하게 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬 래디칼, 저급 시클로알킬 래디칼, 아릴(특히 페닐)또는 아르알킬(특히 벤질)래디칼, Q-R6기[식중, Q는 O 또는 S를 나타내고, R6는 수소원자 또는 R1내지 R5와 유사하게 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬 래디칼 또는 저급 시클로알킬, 아릴(특히 페닐), 아르알킬(특히 벤질), 아실 또는 티오아실(특히 아세틸, 티오아세틸, 프로피오닐, 티오프로피오닐), 알킬옥시티오일, 아릴 옥시티오일 또는 아르알킬시티오일 래디칼(티오일이란 용어는 C=S(S)에 해당한다)], -NR8R9기[식중 R8및 R9은 동일하거나 또는 다르며 수소원자 또는 원한다면 R1내지 R5와 유사하게 치환된 수 있는 저급 알킬 래디칼, 저급 시클로알킬, 아릴(특히 페닐) 또는 아르알킬(특히 벤질)래디칼을 나타내거나 또는 그렇지 않다면, R8및 R9가 함께 탄소원자중 하나가 산소, 황 또는 질소원자로 치환될 수 있고 하나의 2가 래디칼이 원한다면 치환(예를 들면 하나이상의 할로겐 원자 또는 임의로 할로겐화된 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알콕시 또는 히드록시 래디칼로 치환)될 수 있는 3 내지 6탄소원자를 함유하는 하나의 2가 탄화수소 래디칼을 형성할 수 있다]를 나타내며, Hal 1 및 Hal 2는 동일하거나 또는 다르며, 바람직하게는 염소 또는 브롬에서 선택된 할로겐 원자를 나타내고, 바람직하게는 Hal 1 및 Hal 2는 동일하다].
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Y가 할로겐 원자, 바람직하게는 염소이고, n=1,2 또는 3인 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, n=1 또는 2이고, Y가 오르토 및 또는 파라 위치에 놓인 할로겐 원자인 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1내지 R5및 X1기가 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 바람직하게는 수소원자에 해당하고/해당하거나 Hal 1 및 Hal 2 모두 염소원자에 해당하는 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  5. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 한 항에 따른 화합물의 살진균제로서의 용도.
  6. 유효성분인 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중에 한 항에 따른 화합물을 최소한 한가지 이상의 농업적으로 허용 가능한 불활성 담체와 조합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살진균제 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유효성분을 0.5 내지 95%함유하는 조성물.
  8. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 한 항에 따른 유효성분을 0.005 내지 5kg/ha, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.5kg/ha 비율의 유효량으로 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 작물의 진균성 질병의 치료방법.
  9. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 한 항에 따른 유효성분을 0.005 내지 5kg/ha, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.5kg/ha 비율의 유효량으로 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 작물의 도열병, 백분병 및 수균증의 치료방법.
