Claims (5)
- α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르 또는 그 염을 수성매체로부터 정제할 때, 알긴산나트륨, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로우스나트륨, 전분글리콜산나트륨 및 폴리아크릴산나트륨로부터 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종이상의 첨가물의 존재하에 정제하는 것을 특징으로하는 용해성 개량된 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 광산 및 유기술폰산염을 수성매체중, 무기염기로 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 등전점에 조절하는 용해성이 개량된 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가물의 첨가량이, 처리되는 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르 또는 그 염에 대해서 0.01∼3중량%인 용해성이 개량된 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 제조법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정제법이, 정석정제인 용해성이 개량된 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌메틸에스테 의 제조법 .
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정제법이, 수성매체중 실질적으로 현탁상태에서 교반처리해서 행하는것인 용해성이 개량된 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
