Claims (9)

  1. 탄화수소 공급원을 상류에서 하류로 이동시키기 위하여 탄화수소 액체공급원과 수증기를 유입하고 혼합하는 장치(5), 그의 수렴부(10)가 상기 유입 및 혼합장치(5)에 접속된 기화기(6), 상기 기화기의 분산부(14)와 접하여 졌으며 공급원을 반응기에 유입시키는 오리피스(16)를 갖는 보호덮개(7)로 구성 촉매 크래킹 반응기내로 탄화수소 공급원을 유입시키는 장치에 있어서, 상기 기화기(6)가 액체 공급원과 수증기가 목(13)부근에서 음속정도의 속도를 가지도록 고안된 형으로서, 분산부와 수렴부(10) 사이에 위치한 직선형 목은 기화기 축에 대하여 각 약5°와 약 15°이상의 각은 형성하지 않는 곡면을 갖는 연속적 방법으로 연결되어 있으며, 보호덮개(7)의 주입 오리피스(16)의 표면은 기화기 목의 표면의 1.5와 10사이, 양호하게는 2 내지 5배 사이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입 및 혼합장치가 2개의 동심튜브를 함유하며 하나는 탄화수소를 공급하고 다른 하나는 수증기를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부튜브(8)가 상기 기화기(6)의 분산부(10) 상부에 배출구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 축을 갖는 상기 기화기(6)에는 날카로운 모서리가 존재하지 않으며 수렴부(10), 목(13)과 분산부(14)의 연결부는 2 내지 3m의 곡반경을 가지며 상기 기화기의 수렴부는 축에 대하여 10과 15°사이의 각(α)을 가지며 분산부(14)는 축에 대하여 2와 5°사이의 각(β)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기화기의 목(13)의 길이가 그의 지름의 약 1 내지 10배인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기화기의 분산부(14) 단부의 지름이, 탄화수소 소적과 수증기가 약 30과 15m/s 사이의 혼합하기 위한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개(7)가 구형을 가지며 덮개의 주입기 오리피스(16)과 상기 덮개의 종단면 위치를 틈새형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 틈새가 상기 덮개에 대하여 60과 90°의 부채꼴을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입기의 축이 반응기에 대하여 20 내지 90°의 각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
