본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도 실시예 8에서 제조한 본 발명 약물담체의 입자경을 광산란입자경측정장치로 측정한 결과를 표시한 것이다.
제2도는 시험에 2-1에서 검토한 검체 시료와 대조시료를 시험용 쥐에 정맥내 투여했을시 혈장중 총방사능의 추이를 표시한 것이다.
제3도는 시료예 2-2에서 검토한 검체시료와 대조시료를 시험용 쥐에 정맥내 투여했을시 함염중 활성을 카라케닌 부종의 억제율을 지표로 표시해서 얻은 용량 작용곡선이다.
제4도는 시험예 2-9에서 검토한 시험시료와 비교용시료를 시험용 쥐에 정맥내 투여했을시 혈장중총방사능의 추이를 표시한 것이다.
제5도는 시험예 2-11에서 검토한 2종의 검체시료와 2종이 대조시료를 시험용 쥐에 점안한 후 안구중으로의 약물이동량을 나타낸 것이다.
제6도는 시험예 2-13에서 검토한 검체시료와 대조시료를 시험용 생쥐에 투여했을시 혈관투과성 억제효과의 시간추이를 표시한 것이다.
제7도는 시험예 2-13에서 검토한 검체시료와 대조시료를 시험용 생쥐에 투여했을시 혈관투과성 억제효과의 용량작용곡선을 표시한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 지방유제로서의 형태를 갖는 약물담체에 있어서, 약물을 함유하여 평균입자경이 200mm 미만인 약물담체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 핵이되는 물질과 표층이되는 물질로 구성된 지방유체에서, ①지방유제의 핵을 구성하는 물질이 단수지질 유도지질, 또는 약물 그것자체, 또는 이들의 혼합이고, 약물담체중의 그 함유율이 30-85%이며, ②지방유제의 표층을 구성하는 물질이 복합지질, 또는 약물 그것자체, 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 약물담체중의 그 함유비율이 15-70%이며, 상기 ①과 ②의 성질을 동시에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물담체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 단순지질이 중성지질, 스테롤에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물인 약물담체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 복합지질이 인지질, 당지질, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 약물담체.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 유도지질이 지방산, 고급알콜, 탄화수소, 또는 이들 2개 사이의 혼합물인 약물담체.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 약물의 함융형태가 약물담체중에 분산, 용해, 약물담체 구성성분과의 혼합 미셀형성, 또는 약물담체 구성성분과의 화학적 결합인 약물담체.
  7. 직경 200mm이상의 입자를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방유제.
