Claims (5)
- 스텝모터, 상기 스텝모터구동용인 스위칭 소자, 충전가능한 2차전원을 가지는 아나로그 전자시계에 있어서, 상기 스텝모터의 코일에 외부교류자계에 의해서 유기한 교류전압을 상기 스위칭소자에 전기적으로 병렬로 형성한 PN접합을 통해서 정류하고, 상기 2차 전원에 충전 가능하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 아나로그 전자시계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스텝모터구동스위칭 소자로서 MOS형 FET를 쓰며, PN접합에 MOS형 FET의 서브스트레이트, 드레인간에 형성되는 기생 다이오드를 쓴 것을 특징으로 하는 아나로그 전자시계.
- 제1항에 있어서, PN접합에 스텝모터의 코일 입력단자에 설치하는 정전기 입력 바이패스용 다이오드를 쓴 것을 특징으로 하는 아나로그 전자시계.
- 적어도 충전가능한 2차전원, 스텝모터, 상기 스텝모터의 코일의 양단부으로부터 상기 2차전원의 플러스 측으로 접속된 2개의 스위칭 소자, 상기 스텝모터의 코일의 양단부터 상기 2차전원의 마이너스측으로 접속된 2개의 스위칭 소자, 상기 각 스위칭 소자에 전기적으로 병렬로 형성한 PN접합을 가지며, 상기 스텝모터의 코일에 외부교류자계에 의해서 유기된 교류전압을 상기 PN접합을 통해서 정류하고, 상기 2원에 충전가능으로 한 아나로그 전자시계에 있어서, 상기 스텝모터의 구동펄스의 입상시부터 10msec의 구간 이외에 상기 각 스위칭 소자중, 적어도 3개를 OFF상태로 한 구간을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 아나로그 전자시계.
- 적어도 스텝모터, 상기 스텝모터구동용인 스위칭소자, 상기 스위칭소자에 전기적으로 병렬로 형성한 접합, 충전가능한 2차전원, 상기 2차전원의 전압검출 수단, 상기 전압검출수단에 접속되어 있는 충전제어회로를 가지며, 상기 스텝모터의 코일에 외부교류자계에 의해서 유기한 교류전압을, 상기 PN 접합을 통해서 정류하고 상기 2차전원에 충전가능으로 한 아나로그 전자시계에 있어서, 상기 2차전원의 충전전압이 미리 설정한 값에 도달한 것을 상기 전압검출수단이 검출했을때에는 상기 충전제어회로로 상기 스텝모터의 구동펄스출력시 이외는 상기 스텝모터의 코일을 단락한 것을 특징으로 하는 아나로그 전자시계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
