Claims (13)
- (a)플라스틱용기내에 불활성 가스를 주입하여, 그 용기로 부터 증기를 제거시키고, (b)상기용기내에서 증기샘플을 찾아내어, (c) 이혼화수단에 의해서 상기 샘플을 분석을 용기내의 유기오염물질의 존재를 검출하는 것을 특징으로하는 플라스틱 용기의 벽에 존재하거나 벽내에 흡수된 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 1.4kg/㎠.gage 내지 7.0kg/㎠. gage 압력, 10℃내지 50℃의 온도 및 1초 내지 15초 동안 주입되는 것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 질소, 헬륨, 아르곤, 탄산가스, 및 오염물질이 함유되지 않은 공기중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질 검출방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 오염물질이 함유되지 않은 공기인 것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입이 300mm/초와 1500m/초 사이의 선속속도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 상기항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 PET병인 것이 특징인 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기호합물이 10.6ev이하의 이온화 전위를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이온화수단이 자외선 광이온화법인 것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질이 탄화수소, 알코올, 케톤 또는 그 혼합물중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 유기 오염물질의 검출방법.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 오염물질이 탄화수소인것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질의 검출방법.
- 플라스틱 용기가 제1회전 디스크 중위에서 회전할 때 그 용기내에 불활성가스를 주입하기 위하여 다중 주입 수단을 구비한 제 1회전 디스크 상에 용기를 올려놓고, 제1회전 디스크로부터 (a)상기 용기내의 증기샘플을 뽑아내기 위한 다중 진공 수단 및 (b)상기 샘플을 분석하기 위한 다중이온화 수단을 구비한 제2회전 디스크로 상기 용기를 이송시키고, 상기 용기로부터, 상기 샘플을 뽑아내고, 상기 용기가 제2회전 디스크의 주위에서 회전할때 존재하는 전체 이온성물질의 존재를 알기위해 상기 샘플을 분석하고, 제2회전 디스크에서 용기를 제거시키고, 전체 이온성물질이 예정치 이상 또는 이하인 용기를 배제하는 것을 특징으로하는 플라스틱용기의 벽에 존재하거나 벽에 흡수된 유기오염물질의 연속검출방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이온화 수단이 상기 이온화 수단으로부터 제 1전기 신호를 수신하고, 상기 제1전기신호와 예정치를 비교하고, 상기 제 1전기신호가 예정치보다 클때 제2전기신호를 리젝션 수단으로보낼 수 있는 마이크로프로세서와 전기적으로 통신하는 것을 특징으로하는 유기오염물질의 연속검출방법.
- 용기를 컨베이어에서 제거하여 상기 용기가 제1회전 디스크 주위에서 회전할때 상기 용기내로 불활성 가스주입용 다중 주입수단을 구비한 제1회전 디스크에서 제거하여 (a)상기용기내의 증기 샘플을 뽑아내기 위한 다중진공수단 및 (b) 상기 샘플을 분석하기 위한 다중 이온화수단을 구비한 제2회전 디스크로 상기 용기를 이송하기 위한 제2수단, 상기 제2회전 디스크로부터 상기 용기를 제거하여 상기 컨베이어 장치로 상기 용기를 이송하기 위한 제3수단 및, 상기 이온화 수단에 의해 측정된 전체 이온성물질이 예정치이상 또는 이하일때 상기 용기를 배제하기 위한 리젝팅수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 음료수 컨베이어 장치상을 이동하는 프라스틱용기를 벽에 존재하거나 또는 흡수된 유기오염물질 연속으로 검출하는 장치※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
