Abstract
The method is used in research and monitoring when determining residual pesticides in agricultural products and in the environment. The method offers excellent sensitivity and speed of determination, and can be implemented using readily available apparatus and reagents. According to this method, residual flufenoxuron is extracted from the substrate under study, and the sample is subjected to gas-chromatographic determination using an electron trap detector with furnace temperature over 250-260 degrees C, and use of a column with an adsorbent of a type having 5 percent SE-30 on a Chromosorb-W substrate.
