Claims (10)

  1. 폴리페놀의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속 또는 암모늄염을 액체 반응 매질 중의 비닐벤질 할라이드와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리페놀의 폴리(비닐벤질 에테르)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기의 액체반응 매질이 필수적으로 탄소수 1 내지 11의 모노하이드릭 알콜 또는 글리콜, 중량 평균 분자량이 200 내지 4000 범위내인 폴리글리콜, 또는 글리세롤로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐벤질 할라이드가 비닐벤질 클로라이드인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일가 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄올, 1-프로판올, 2-프로판올, 1-부탄올 및 1-펜탄올로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 글리콜이 에틸렌 글리콜 및 프로필렌 글리콜로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리콜이 폴리프로필렌 글리콜인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리페놀의 알칼리 금속염이, 폴리페놀을 수산화리튬, 수산화나트륨, 또는 수산화칼륨과 반등시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 a) 제조된 에테르를 약1.0중량% 이하의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 또는 암모늄 할라이드를 용해시키는 용매중에 용해시키고, b) 할라이드 염으로부터 에테르 용액을 분리시킨후, c) 용액으로부터 에테르를 회수함으로써, 제조된 에테르의 할라이드 이온 함량을 감소시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 용매가 탄소수 1 내지 4의 할로겐화된 알칼 또는 알켄, 포화된 지방족 케톤, 탄소수 1내지 6의 디알콕시-치환된 탄화수소, 사이클릭 에테르 및 클로로벤젠으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  9. a) 에테르를 1.0중량% 이하의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 또는 암모늄 할라이드를 용해시키는 용매중에 용해시키고, b) 할라이드 염으로부터 에테르 용액을 분리시킨 후, c) 용액으로부터 에테르를 회수하는 단계를 특징으로 하여, 폴리페놀의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속 또는 암모늄 염을 비닐벤질 할라이드와 반응시켜 제조한 폴리페놀의 폴리(비닐벤질 에테르)의 할라이드 이온 함량을 감소시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 용매가 탄소수 1 내지 4의 할로겐화 알칸 또는 알켄, 포화 지방족 케톤, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 디알콕시-치환된 탄화수소, 사이클릭 에테르 및 클로로벤젠으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
