Claims (10)
- 약 0.7 내지 6의 Si/Al비를 갖는 제올라이트들로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 제올라이트로 되는 성형 제올라이트 투입물을 약 900℃ 내지 약 1350℃의 온도에서 소결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노리틱 세라믹 물품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Si/Al비가 약 0.7 내지 약 3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성형 제올라이트 투입물이 제올라이트 X, Y및 A의 Ca-형, (Ca,Mg)-형 및 Mg-형의 제올라이트들로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 제오라이트로 되고, 생성된 세라믹 물품이 어노오다이트, 코오디어라이트 또는 어노오다이트-코오디어라이트를 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성형 제올라이트 투입물의 Si/Al비가 약 1.1 내지 약 2.5이며, 생성된 세라믹이 치밀하고 밀봉성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성형 제올라이트 투입물의 Si/Al비가 약 1.1 내지 약 1.4임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제올라이트 X, Y및 A의 Ca-형, (Ca,Mg)-형 및 Mg-형으로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 제올라이트로 되고, 약 1.1 내지 약 2.5의 Si/Al비, 약 0.08미만의 Na/(Si+Al)비 및 적어도 약 0.11의 (Ca+Mg)/(Si+Al)비를 갖는 성형 제올라이트 투입물을 약 950℃ 내지 약 1350℃의 온도에서 소결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오노오다이트, 코오디어라이트 또는 어노오다이트-코오디어라이트를 주성분으로 하고, 전자 회로용 기판으로 사용하기에 적당한 치밀하고 밀봉성의 모노리틱 세라믹 물품의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성형 제올라이트 투입물의 Si/Al비가 약 1.1 내지 약 1.4임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 성형 제올라이트 투입물의 Na/(Si+Al)비가 약 0.02미만임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 온도가 약 950℃ 내지 약 1050℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 온도가 약 950℃ 내지 약1050℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
