Claims (1)

  1. 하기의 효소 화학적 성질을 가진 지렁이 추출물 프랙션으로부터 이루어진 프로테아제 제제. (a) 작용 및 기질 특이성 : 피브린을 용해하거나, 피브리노겐을 용해하지 않고, 플라즈미노겐을 활성화 해서 플라즈민을 생성하고, 또한 우로키나아제 및 플라즈민의 합성 기질인 4-메틸-쿠마릴 아미드의 펩타이드 유도체에 대해서 작용한다. (b) 최적 pH:pH 8.0∼10.0, (c) 최적 온도:45℃∼55℃, (d) 안정 pH:pH 3.5∼10, (e) 열안정성:50℃에서 60분간 처리하였을 때의 잔존 활성이 100%, 60℃에서 60분간 처리하였을 때의 잔존활성이 75%, 70℃에서 60분간 처리하였을 때의 잔존활성이 25%이다. (f) 등전점:pH3.7∼4.0, (g) 분자량 : 약 25,000∼32,000, (h) 저해제:트라지롤(상품명), 대두 트립신 인히비타, 트랜사민(상품명) 및 사람 혈장에 의해서 저해되나, 트랜스-4-아미노 메틸시클로헥산 카르복실산에 의해서는 저해받지 않는다.
