Claims (8)
- 신체 조직 및 기관의 불소 자기 공명 이미지를 제공하여 그 조직 및 기관을 이미지화 하기에 충분한 양으로 불소-함유 시약을 포유류에 투여함으로써 신체 조직 및 불소 자기 공명 이미지을 산출하는 방법에 있어서, 불소-함유 시약으로서 퍼플루오로 15-크라운-5 에테르를 사용하는 것을 특징을 하는 불소 자기 공명 이미지의 산출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로 15-크라운-5 에테르는 수용성의 등장 유탁액 형태로 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유탁액에서 퍼플루오로 15-크라운-5에테르의 농도는 5 내지 25중량%인 것을 특정으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소-함유 시약은 동물의 뇌척수액에 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소-함유 시약은 신체 부위로의 직접 주사 신체 공동(흉곽 공동, 복막)으로의 직접 주사, 체액실(CSF)으로서의 직접주사, 공극(지망막강)으로의 직접주사, 관절낭으로의 직접주사, 혈류로의 직접주사 또는 인할레이숀으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법에 의해 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포유류에게 상기 불소 함유시약을 투여한 후, 바라는 바의 조직을 생검하고, 생검 및 추출된 조직을 이미지화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이미징은 척수조 그래프인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이미징은 뇌조 그래프인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
