Claims (9)
- 초전초체 물질 또는 그 전구물질을 포함한 부형체를 상기 초전도체 물질 또는 그 전구물질의 융점이상의 온도로 가열하여 상기 초전도체 물질 또는 그 전구물질을 용융시킨 후, 냉각하여 얻은부형체를 일방향 응고시켜 재결정시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부형체가 내열성의 기체상에 초전도체 물질 또는그 전구물질을 고착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부형체가 초전도체 물질 또는 그 전구물질을 금속 시이스내에 충진한 선조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부형체가 초전도체 물질 또는 그 전구물질을 금속 시이스내에 충진한 선조체의 복수개를 구부림 가공에 의하여 소망의 형상으로 성형가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초전도 물질 또는 그 전구물질이 산화물 초전도체 물질 또는 그 전구물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초전도체 물질 또는 그 전구물질의 가열 및 냉각을 산소부화 분위기속에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제3항 혹은 제4항에 있어서, 금속시이스 내에 충진되는 초전도체 물질 또는 그 전구물질이, 미리 소량의 금속과 산화물이 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초전도체 물질이 ReBa2Cu3O7-X, (Re1-X, ReX)BaCu3O7-y, Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu2-OX, 및 Te2-Ba2-Ca2-Cu3-OX등으로 나타나는 군에서 선택된 어느 것인가의 산화물계 초전도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전돈 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초전도체 물질의 전구물질이 적어도 알칼리토류금속 및 동을 포함한 산화물 초전도체의 구성원소의 산화물, 수산화물, 할로겐화물 탄산염, 초산염등의 무기산염, 초산염, 옥살산염, 알콕시화물의 군에서 선택된 어느 것인가의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 성형체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
