Claims (5)

  1. 용해열이 아래로부터 버어너에 의해 도입되고, 용해리셉터클로부터 배출된 액상물질이 레이들에 모아지고, 원한다면 첨가로 합금첨가단계가 행해지는, 스크랩철, 펠렛화된 예비환원해면철 및/또는 고상선철을 용해시키는 제강공정에 있어서, 장입물이 석탄의 첨가없이 도입되고, 용해열이 탄화수소, 특히 천연가스의 아-화학양론적 연소에 의해서 제공되며, 욕의 원하는 탄소함량의 연소동안에 산소유량을 감소시킴으로써 조절되어짐을 특징으로 하는 스크랩철, 펠렛화된 예비환원 해면철 및/또는 고상선철을 용해시키는 제강공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연소는 화학양론적으로 요구되는 산소량의 대략 0.9배에서, 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 스크랩철, 펠렛화된 예비환원 해면철 및/또는 고상선철을 용해시키는 제강공정.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, CaO, MgO 및 Al2O3와 같을 슬래그형성제가 용해될 장입재와 함께 장입되어짐을 특징으로 하는 스크랩철, 펠렛화된 예비환원 해면철 및/또는 고상선철을 용해시키는 제강공정.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 슬래그가 10 내지 13% SiO23 내지 3.5% MnO, 7 내지 8%Al2O3, 5 내지 6% CaO, 7 내지 8%MgO, 3 내지 4% Cr2O3, 최대 5%통상오염물 및 나머지 FeO을 함유하도록 조절되어짐을 특징으로 하는 스크랩철, 펠렛화된 예비환원 해면철 및/또는 고상선철을 용해시키는 제강공정.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 항에 있어서, 공기가, 유출가스를 완전연소시키기 위하여, 버어너위에서, 특히 용해 리셉터클 높이의 약 1/2에서 도입되어짐을 특징으로 하는 스크랩철, 펠렛화된 예비환원 해면철 및/또는 고상선철을 용해시키는 제강공정.
