Claims (18)

  1. 하기 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물 및 그들의 입체 이성질형태 또는 그들의 혼합물.
    (Ⅰ)
    여기서 같거나 또는 다를수 있는 R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 또는 9에서 35까지의 원자 번호를 갖는 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자들로 임의 치환된 탄소원자 1 내지 5개를 함유하는 알킬기이며; 또는 R3과 R4및 R5는 탄소원자 2 내지 4개를 함유하는 알켄일기 또는 알킨일기와 탄소원자 6 내지 10개를 함유하는 임의 치환된 일 또는 이환 지환족 또는 아릴기로부터 부가적으로 선택되며; 또는 R3과 R4는 그들이 부작되어 있는 탄소 원자와 함께 5 또는 6고리 탄소원자를 갖는 지환족 고리를 형성하며; R은 탄소원자 2 내지 4개를 갖는 불포화된 탄소수소기, 탄소원자 14개까지를 함유하는 방향족기, O, S 및N으로부터 각각 선택되는 하나 또는 2개의 이종원자를 갖고 14개까지의 탄소원자를 함유하는 이종환기, 또는 N-이종환기의 N-산화물 또는 산부가염, 시아노기, 5 내지 7개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 시클로 알켄일기 및 탄소원자 3 내지 0개를 갖는 시클로 알킬기(상기의 기들은 임의 치환된 것이다)로부터 선택된다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, R이 에티닐기; 원자번호 9 또는 17의 하나 또는 2개의 할로겐원자 또는 메틸기에 의해 선택적으로 치환된 페닐기, 그리고, O, S 또느 ㄴN의 하나 내지 2개의 이종환원자를 함유하며, 원자번호 9 또는 17의 할로겐이나 탄소원자 1 또는 2개를 함유하는 알킬에 의해 탄소원자상에서 임의로 고리 치환이 되어 있는 5각-또는 6각의 이종환기로부터 선택된 화합물.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, R이 페닐, 2,6-디플루오로 페닐, 2,6-디클로메틸, 2-메틸페닐, 2-플루오로페닐, 테트라하이드로-2-페라닐, 6-클로로-2-피리디닐 또는 3-클로로-2-티에닐인 화합물.
  4. 제 1항 제 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 같거나 또는 다를 수 있는 R1,R2,R3,R|4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 하나이상의 할로겐 원자들에 의해 선택적으로 치환된 1 또는 2개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기인 화합물.
  5. 제 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 메틸 또는 에틸인 화합물.
  6. 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2,R3,R4및 R5는 각각 수소인 화합물.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, R1이 에틸이며, R2,R3,R4및 R5가 각각 수소인 화합물.
  8. 하기 일반식 Ⅳ의 화합물과 그들의 입체 이성질형태 또는 그들의 혼합물.
    (Ⅳ)
    여기서, R, R1, R2와 R5는 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 정의한 바와 같다.
  9. 일반식 Ⅳ의 화합물과 그들의 입체 이성질형태 또는 그들의 혼합물.
    (Ⅵ)
    여기서 R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  10. 제 8항에서 정의한 일반식Ⅳ의 락톤을 화원하여 하기 일반식 Ⅴ의 디올을 제공하고 페환을 수행하는 조건에 일반식Ⅴ의 디올을 노항 R3과 R4가 수소인 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 얻는 것을 포함하는 R3과 R4가 수소인 일반식 Ⅰ 화합물의 제조방법.
    (Ⅴ)
    여기서 R, R1, R2와 R5는 제 1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  11. 제 8항에서 정의한 일반식Ⅳ의 락톤을 적어도 하나의 일반식 R3M, R4M 또는 R3R4M의 알킬금속과 반응시킨후(여기서 R3과 R4는 제 1항에서 정의한 바와 같으나 수소느 아니며, M은 금속을 나타낸다) 임의적으로 환원제로 처리하여 R3및/또는 R4가 수소가 아닌 제 9항에서 정의한 일반식Ⅵ의 화합물을 얻는 것을 포함하는 R3및/또는 R4가 수소가 아닌 일반식Ⅰ의 화합물의 제조방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 일반식Ⅳ의 락톤이 하기 일반식Ⅲ의 글리콜 유도체를 적당한 축합제로 축합하여 제조되어지는 방법.
    (Ⅲ)
    여기서, R, R1및 R2는 제 1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 일반식Ⅲ의 글리콜 유도체가 상응하는 푸라노스 유도체의 산가수분해에 의해 얻어지는 방법.
  14. 제10항 재니 13항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 일반식Ⅰ의 화합물.
  15. 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항 또는 제14항중의 화합물의 식물 성장 조절량과 적어도 하나의 계면활성제 또는 담체를 포함하는 식물 성장 조절을 위한 조성물.
  16. 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항 또는 제14항의 화합물과 적어도 하나의 졔면활성체 및/또는 담체를 포함하는 식물 성장 조절을 위한 조성물.
  17. 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항 또는 제14항의 혼합물 또는 제15항 또는 제16항의 조성물을 어떤 장소에 적용하는 것을 포함하는 그 장소에서의 식물 성장을 조절하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 조절 결과가 식물을 죽이는 것인 방법.
