Claims (9)

  1. 연질 젤라틴 캅셀중에 안전하고 유효한 양의 에리스로 마이신 항생제, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 및 중쇄 지방산의 트리글리세라이드 오일을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 개선된 생체내 이용율을 갖는 에리스로 마이신 항생제의 경구투여용 캅셀제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에리스로 마이신 화합물이 에리스로 마이신 염가, 6-0-메틸 에리스로 마이신 및 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염 및 에스테르로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 저융점 트리글리세라이드 오일이 카프릴살 및 카프르산의 혼합된 에스페르를 함유하는 야자유의 저분자량 분획인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 추가로 약학적으로 허용 가능한 알콜용매를 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알콜용매가 에탄올 및 글리세롤로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 추가로 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 C6내지 C12의 필수오일을 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 필수오일이 페퍼민트 오일, 신나몬오일, 스피아민트오일, 유칼립톨, 제라니올, 제라닐 아세테이트 및 이의 합성 등가물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 에리스로 마이신 화합물 약 100 내지 약 1000mg을 함유하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 약 100 내지 600mg을 함유하는 조성물.
