Claims (1)

  1. 통상의 방법으로 겉껍질을 제거한 땅콩알을 이물질을 제거하여 약간 익을정도로 배소한후 내피를 제거하고 절편이 용이할 정도로 약3-5분간 증숙하여 절편기로서 얇은 두께로 절편한다음 수분이 4%이내가 되도록 열풍건조하여 양질의 식용유로서 튀김처리함을 특징으로 하는 슬라이스 땅콩의 제조방법.
