Claims (4)
- RF 입력단자에서의 RF 신호입력을 검출하고 검출 전압 출력단자로부터 검출전압을 출력시키기 위한 온도안정 RF 검출기에 있어서, 저 출력 임피던스로 선정된 제 1전압을 출력시키기 위한 정전압원, 제 1극성의 전극이 정전류원에 접속되고 제 2극성의 전극이 저항기를 통해 선정된 제 2전압단자에 접속된 제 1다이오드, 저출력 임피던스로 제 1다이오드의 제 2극성의 전극에서의 전압과 거의 동일한 전압을 출력시키기 위한 버퍼회로, 및 제 1극성의 전극이 검출전압 출력단자에 접속되고 제 2극성의 전극이 버퍼회로의 출력단자와 RF 입력단자에 접속된 제 2다이오드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF 검출기.
- 전원 공급전압단자, RF 신호를 수신하기 위한 입력단자, 검출된 RF신호의 검출전압을 출력시키기 위한 출력단자, 한 단자가 입력단자에 접속되고 다른 단자가 저역통과 필터를 통해 출력단자에 접속된 제 1다이오드, 선정된 제 1정전압을 발생시키기 위해 전원 공급 전압단자에 접속된 정전압원, 한 단자가 전원공급 전압단자에 접속된 저항기, 정전압원의 정전압 출력단자와 저항기의 다른 단자사이에 접속된 제 2다이오드, 및 저항기와 제 2다이오드 사이의 접점과 입력단자사이에 삽입된 버퍼회로로 구성되고 제 1 및 제 2다이오드의 접속방향이 출력단자와 정전압원을 접속시키기 위한 회로 내에서 서로 반대로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF 검출기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, RF신호가 입력단자로부터 버퍼회로로 흐르지 못하게 하기 위해 입력단자와 버퍼회로에 접속된 저역통과 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF검출기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 저항기의 저항이 입력단자로부터 RF 신호전압 입력이 작을때, 제 1 및 제 2다이오드를 통해 흐르는 전류값이 서로 동일하고, 제 1 및 제 2 다이오드의 전류값이 서로 동일할때, 제 1 및 제 2다이오드 양단의 전압 강하의 온도 특성이 서로 동일하도록, 셋트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 안정 RF 검출기※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
