Claims (2)
- (a) 미세하고 균일한 결정립을 가지고 있는 경화된 오스테나이트로 구성되어 있는 강을 제조하기 위하여, 0.2 내지 0.4중량%의 C와 0.5 내지 2.5중량%의 Mn과 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불술물로 되어 있는 강을 중간 및 최종압연 온도가 1000℃ 이하로 되고 930℃ 이하의 온도에서의 총압하율이 30%이상되도록 압연조건을 제어하면서 열간압연하고, b) 주조직 으로서의 마르텐사이트와 소량의 잔류 오스테나이트로 구성되어 있는 최종상을 고연성의 상기 강에 형성시키기 위하여, 압연직후 상기 강을 20 내지 250℃/sec의 평균 냉각속도로 실온까지 연속적으로 냉각하는 것하는 것을 특징으로 하는 140kg/mm2이상의 인장강도와 10.6% 또는 그 이상의 총신장율을 가지고 있는 고연성과 고강도의 강선재 또는 봉강을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강은 Nb, V, Ti 및 Zr로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 한 원소 이상을 0.1중량%이하의 Nb, 0.1중량% 이하의 V, 0.3중량% 이하의 Ti 및 0.3중량 % 이하 Zr양으로 더 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
