Claims (8)
- 탄소함량이 0.5%이하인 선재를 Ac3변태점이상의 온도로 가열한후, 임계냉각속도 이상의 냉각속도로 담금질하여 조직을 경화시키고 나서, 100-700℃사이의 온도로 가열하고 100-700℃사이의 온도에서 3%-90%의 변형율로 소성가공 또는 교정가공하여 고장력 선재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선재의 탄소함량이 0.1-0.35%인것을 특징으로 하는 고장력 선재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담금질한 선재를 300-500℃사이의 온도로 가열하는 고장력 선재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변형율이 3-50%인 고장력 선재의 제조방법.
- 제1항-4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 선재를 열간압연하여 ±0.15mm의 공차로 마무리 가공하는 고장력 선재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열간압연중의 선재를 이형가공하여 ±0.15mm의 공차로 마무리 가공하는 고장력 선재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, ±0.15mm의 공차로 마무리 가공되는 선재는 냉간인발중에 이형가공된 것인 고장력 선재의 제조방법.
- 탄소함량이 0.5%이항인 선재를 Ac3변태점 이상의 온도로 가열한후, 임계 냉각속도 이상의 냉각속도로 담금질하여 조직을 경화시키고나서 실온이상의 온도에서 인발시킨후 100-700℃사이의 온도로 가열하고 100-700℃사이의 온도에서 3-90%의 변형율로 소성가공 또는 교정 가공하여 고장력선재를 제조하는 방법.
