Claims (1)
- 클러치매스터실린더(1)는 실린더브라켓(14)에 부착되어 있고 제1피스턴(7)은 피스턴작동레바(13)에 연설된 제1피스턴로드(14a)에 의하여 압축되며, 피스턴후진방지핀(6)은 피스턴작동레바(13)에 의하여 작동하는 피스턴후진방지핀 호크(16)에 의하여 승강하게 하고 클러치매스터실린더(1)의 내부 중앙을 격설부(1a)로 구획하여 제1실(2)과 제2실(3)을 형성하되 격설부(1a)에 제1실 오일유입구(4)와 연통되는 오일유입구멍(1b)을 뚫어 제1실 오일유입구멍(1c)을 형성하며 그 중앙에 관체형인 더블피스턴로드(5)가 출입되게 선단이 끼워져서 "0"링(1d)에 의하여 밀폐되고 제1실 오일유입구멍(1c)은 제1피스턴(7)과 함께 탄지되는 더블피스턴로드(5) 선단부에 끼워진 제1실 더블첵밸브(9)에 의하여 개폐되며 제2실 오일유입구멍(3d)은 더블피스턴로드(5)에 의하여 압축되는 제2피스턴(12)과 함께 탄지되는 제2실 더블첵밸브(11)에 의하여 개폐되면서 제1실(2)과 제2실(3)내의 압축오일을 제1피그턴(7)과 제2피스턴(12)의 압축력에 의하여 앞, 뒤 브레이크라인으로 압축시켜 브레이크작동이 되게하고, 제1피스턴리터언스프링(10)과 더블피스턴로드리터언스프링(8), 제2피스턴리터언스프링(12b) 및 제2실 더블첵밸브 리터언스프링(11a)의 탄발력을 차혜로 약간씩 약하게 조정하여 클러치패달과 브레이크패달을 함께 밟았다가 브레이크패달을 놓는 순간 제1실 더블첵밸브(9)와 제2실 더블첵밸브(11)가 순간적으로 닫히게 하며, 뒷바퀴브레이크가 누설되었을 때 제2피스턴(12)의 압축력을 유지시킬수 있도록 구성한 자동차클러치 브레이크 장치.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
