Claims (5)
- 중간주파 신호를 시간지연시키고, 곱셈기와 저역통과 필터를 통해 FM복조를 하는 FM복조기 구성방식에 있어서, 중간주파 신호를 탄성표면파로 변환시키는 입력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT31)와, 입력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT31)로부터 진행되어오는 탄성표면파를 전기적 신호로 변환시키는 출력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT32) 및 , 상기 출력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT32)보다 tO만틈의 시간지연을 갖도록 설치된 출력지연 인터디지탈 변환기(IDT33)가 압전물질(32)위에 증착 구성된 탄성표면과 지연선(31)을 상기 시간 지연수단으로 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조기 구성방식.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT32)(IDT33)가 일체로, 또는 입력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT31)의 양측에 tO만틈의 거리차를 두고 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조기 구성방식.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시간지연을 위한 거리차tO는 인터디지탈 변환기(IDT3--IDT33)의 전극폭(a)으로 하여 정확한 90도 위상차를 갖도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조기 구성방식.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT31)와 출력인터디지털 변환기(IDT32)(IDT33)사이에 다중스트립 결합기(MSC)를 설치하여 90도 위상차를 갖도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조기 구성방식.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시간지연차를 갖는 출력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT32)(IDT33)를 입력으로 하고, 입력인터디지탈 변환기(IDT31)를 출력으로 사용하여 포락선검파기(71)을 통해 FM복조신호를 출력시키도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 FM복조기 구성방식.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
