Abstract

PURPOSE:To lessen a ripple of frequency characteristics within a band without increasing an insertion loss by providing output transducers on both sides of an input transducer while their intervals vary linearly according to advance perpendicular to the propagation direction of an elastic surface wave. CONSTITUTION:On piezoelectric substrate 1, input transducer 2 and output transducers 3 and 4 positioned on both the sides are arranged. Intervals l1 and l2 at one terminal part perpendicular to the propagation direction of an elastic surface wave are made different from intervals l3 and l4 at the other and the transducers are tilted so that intervals will vary linearly between the both. Further, an electric signal applied from signal source 6 to center input transducer 2 is converted into an elastic surface wave, which is reconverted into electric signals by output transducers 3 and 4 on both the sides, and they are extracted in parallel to obtain output signals at load 5.
