제2도는 본 발명에 따른 전기 유압 서보시스템의 개요도.
Claims (7)
- 증기터어빈제어밸브와 같은 피구동서보장치의 위치를 제어하는 전기유압 서보시스템에 있어서, 상기 피구동서보장치(40)의 현재 위치를 결정하는 위치결정장치와, 상기 피구동서보장치(40)에 대한 교정데이타를 얻기 위해 자동교정과정을 통해상기 피구동서보장치(40)를 구동시켜주는 마이크로 콘트롤러(32), 상기 교정데이타가 기억되는 기억장치, 이 기억장치로부터 상기 교정데이타를 악세스하고 이 교정데이타를 가지고 피구동서보장치(40)의 요구위치를 산출해 내게 되는 마이크로프로세서(52), 상기 피구동서보장치(40)의 현재위치와 요구위치사이에 편차가 있을 경우 출력신호를 발생시켜 주는 신호발생장치, 상기 피구동서보장치(40)가 요구위치로 이동되어지도록 상기 출력신호에 응답하는 응답장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 유압서보시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력신호에 응답하는 장치에는 상기 피구동서보장치(40)의 이동을 제어해주는 밸브장치(36)가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압서보시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브장치(36)는 상기 피구동서보장치(40)와 동작상 연결되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압서보시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치결정장치는 선형전압차동변압기(42)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압서보시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 위치결정장치에는 상기 선형전압차동변압기(42)에 여기전압발생장치가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압서보시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 여기 전압발생장치는 전압발진기(44)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압서보시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기억장치는 비휘발성기억장치(56)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압서보시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
