Claims (29)

  1. 적어도 부분적으로 열경화성수지로 구성되는 1개 이상의 층을 포함하는 대략 평탄한 강화부재에 의해 시이트 금속패널, 성형된 플라스틱 패널등을 보강하는 방법에 있어서, 1개 이상의 그 표면이 점착성을 갖게될 때까지 상기 강화부재를 제1열처리하고, 그 점착성표면을 갖는 상기 강화부재르 보강될 요소를 가하며, 열경화성수지를 포함하는 상기 강화요소의 모든 층들이 경화될 때까지 상기 강화부재를 제2열처리하는 단계들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1열처리가 제2열처리보다 낮은 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2열처리가 거의 같은 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 제1열처리가 상기 제2열처리보다 짧은 시간중에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1열처리가 적외선 방출수단에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 강화부재의 1표면이 상기 적외선 방출수단을 향하며 상기 강화부재가 상기 적외선 방출수단을 따라서 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열처리가 화염을 상기 강화부재의 1표면을 향하게 함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 선행항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 제2열처리가 오븐, 특히 니스 페인트 코우트 층을 스토우브에나 멜링하기에 적합한 스토우브로내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 적어도 부분적으로 열경화성수지로 구성되는 1개이상의 층을 포함하며 제1 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법을 수행하기에 유용한 1개 또는 그 이상의 층을 갖는 대략 평탄한 강화부재에 있어서, 제1열처리시 그 1표면이 점착성을 갖도록 하기 위하여 1개이상의 열반응성 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열경화성수지로 구성되고 보강수단을 갖는 제1층과 점착성 열경화성 수지로 구성된 제2층을 포함하며, 상기 제2층이 열팽창하에 수축하며 수축시 거의 자유롭게 상기 제2층을 노출시키는 포일에 의해 덮여 씌워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 포일이 1부품으로 제조되며 다수의 슬릿들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿들이 서로에 대해 팽창하게 신장하는 열들내에 배치되며 인접하는 열들내에서 서로에 대해 오프셋되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 포일이 서로에 대해 팽창하게 신장하며 나란히 배치된 다수의 작은 웨브들에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 보강수단을 구비하는 반응성 고온 용융점착제료의 층에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 열경화성수지로 구성되며 보강수단을 구비하는 제1층과 반응성 고온 용융 점착재료로 구성되는 제2층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  16. 제14 또는 15항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 고온용융 점착재료가 에폭시, 폴리우레탄 또는 혼성폴리에스터를 기초로 한 수지 점착재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  17. 제9항에 있어서, 열가소성수지로 구성되며 보강수단을 구비하는 제1층과 열가소성 고온용융 점착재료로 구성되는 제2층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  18. 제10, 15, 16 또는 17항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 열가소성수지재료가 침지 또는 함침된 대략 평탄한 보강 부재에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  19. 제9 내지 18항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 열경화성재료가 부분적으로 예비 중합될 수 있는 에폭시수지의 1성분 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 사익 열가소성 고온용융 점착재료가 개질된 폴리프로필렌, 개질된 폴리에틸렌, 혼성 폴리아미드 또는 혼성폴리에스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  21. 제18 또는 20항에 있어서, 열가소성 고온용융 점착재료로 구성되는 상기 층이 상기 열가소성수지층에 연결된 포일에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 포일이 열영향하에 수축하는 재료로 제조되고 상기 포일이 다수의 슬릿들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  23. 제10 내지 22항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 보강수단이 충전제 및/또는 매트, 티슈, 네팅, 플리스 등을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 총전제들이 탤컴, 초크, 운모, 규회석, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 황마 섬유 및 모시 섬유의 단독 또는 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  25. 제18 또는 23항에 있어서, 상기한 대략 평탄한 보강부재와 매트, 티슈, 네팅, 플리스 등이 각기 유리, 아라미드, 탄소, 황마 또는 모시로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재들이 보강될 요소로부터 먼 강화부재의 층의 표면상에 배치되며 그 표면으로 압박되는 매트, 티슈, 네팅, 플리스 등에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  27. 제23하에 있어서, 상기 보강부재들이 보강될 요소로부터 먼 보강부재의 층내 또는 보강층내에 매설되는 유리, 아라미드, 탄소, 황마 또는 모시로 제조되는 매트, 티슈, 네팅, 플리스 등에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  28. 제9 내지 27항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 보강될 요소로부터 먼 강화부재의 표면이 보호포일에 의해 덮여 씌워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 보호포일이 알루미늄, 종이 또는 폴리에스터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화부재.
