Claims (6)

  1. (a)테이프(F)를 연속 온수조들(1,2,3)을 통하여 차례로 이송하는 단계 ; (b)테이프(F)가 각 조들(1,2,3,4)에서 이송되는 동안 각 조들(1,2,3,4)내의 온수(20) 안팎으로 최소한 한번이상 테이프(F)를 담그고 빼는 단계 ; 그리고 (c)테이프(F)가 조들(1,2,3)의 하나로부터 다음조들(2,3,4)로 전달될 때 테이프(F)로부터 온수(20)를 제거하는 단계 ; 로 구성되는 기다란 파이프(F)를 온수(20)로 세척하는 방법.
  2. (a)연속의 온수조들(1,2,3,4) ; (b)각조들(1,2,3,4)에 장착되어 있고, 테이프(F)가 주위로 이송되어지는 최소한 두 개이상의 안내로룰러들(31,32) ; (c)상기 안내로울러(31,32) 사이의 중심부와 수직정렬된 채 각조들(1,2,3,4) 위에 위치하며, 테이프(F)가 주위로 이송되는 최소한 하나이상의 피동로울러(34) ; 그리고 (d)테이프(F)가 상기조들(1,2,3)의 하나로부터 다음조들 (2,3,4)로 전달될 때 테이프(F)로부터 온수(20)를 제거하기 위해 상기조들의 인접쌍들(1,2 ; 2,3 ; 4,) 각각의 사이에 위치한 온수제거 유니트 ; 로 구성되는 기다란 테이프(F)를 온수 세척하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각 조(1,2,3,4) 내의 온수(20)높이 보다 약간 높은 위치에서 상기 조들(1,2,3,4) 각각에 위치하여 테이프(F)에 온수(20)을 뿌리는 샤워노즐(24)을 최소한 하나이상 더 포함하는 세척장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 연속조들(1,2,3,4)의 각각에 장착되어 테이프(F)를 구불구불하게 위, 아래로 안내하는 다수의 안내핀들(37)을 더 포함하는 세척장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기조들(1,2,3,4)이 하나의 조와 그 다음 조가 다수의 격막(17,18,19)에 의해 나눠지며, 각 격막의 위부분에는 관통구멍(21,22,23)이 있고, 상기 각 조(1,2,3,4)의 관통구멍(21,22,23)의 높이는 상기연속조들의 상류단부로터 상기조들의 하류단부로 갈수록 점점 높아지는 장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 온수제거 유니트는, 상기 조들의 인접쌍들(1,2 ; 2,3 ; 3,4)의 각각의 사이에서 그 위에 위치한 V형아암(38)과, 상기 V형아암(38)의 대향 말단부에 회전가능하게 장착된 한쌍의 안내로울러(39, 40)과, 상기 안내로울러들(39, 40) 사이에서 상기아암(38) 상에 지지되어 흡인노즐(41)이 테이프(F)가 상기 흡인노즐(41)의 상부면을 지날 때 테이프(F)로부터 온수(20)를 빨아들이는 흡인노즐(41)를 포함하는 장치.
