Claims (6)

  1. 금속표면 처리제를 제조함에 있어서 인산용액 20 내지 100중량부에다 부틸셀로솔브 15 내지 50중량부와 수용포화용액으로 얻어진 중크롬산칼륨 2 내지 10중량부와 계면활성제 약간량의 중량부 및 N-부틸알콜 10 내지 100중량부를 순서대로 첨가하여 충분히 혼합 교반시켜서 얻어진 혼합용액에 부성분 약간량을 첨가 혼합시켜서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 인산계열 금속표면 처리제의 제조방법.
  2. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서 부틸셀로솔브의 첨가 용액은 약 15 내지 60℃의 온도하에서 15 내지 45분간 교반 혼합시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서 계면활성제의 첨가 용액은 약 156 내지 65℃의 온도하에서 15 내지 60분간 교반 혼합시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서 N-부틸알콜의 첨가 용액은 약 15내지 60℃의 온도하에서 20 내지 60분간 교반 혼합시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서 부성분은 벤젠, 질산, 황산, 브롬, 탄산, 티오우레아 또는 사염화탄소, 염화수소, 산화아연 중 적어도 어느 하나 또는 그 이상을 필요에 따라 선택하여 혼합 교반시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서 부성분의 첨가 용액은 약 10 내지 70℃의 온도하에서 약 10 내지 80분간 교반 혼합시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
