Claims (6)

  1. 다음의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 두껑과 몸체를 제조하기 위한 얇은 4금속시이트용 알루미늄함금. (단위 : 중량%)
    0.8 망간 1.8
    1 실리콘 2
    0.7 마그네슘 3
    철 0.7
    구리 0.5
    크롬 0.5
    잔여량 알루미늄
  2. 다음의 제조와 성형 및 열처리 조작으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 두껑과 몸체를 제조하기 위한 얇은 금속시이트의 제조방법.
    (a) 통상의 불순물과 함께 다음의 주성분을 함유하는 용융합금이 만들어 진다. (단위 : 중량%0 : 0.8망간1.8,1<실리콘2, 0.7마그네슘3, 철<0.7, 구리<0.5, 크롬<0.5
    (b) 상기 용융 합금은 4 내지 20mm의 두께를 갖는 스트립으로 연속 주조된다.
    (c) 상기 주조된 스트립은 500 내지 620℃에서 2 내지 20 시간 동안 가열된다.
    (d) 상기 가열된 스트립은 중간 두께로 냉간 압연된다.
    (e) 상기 얇아진 스트립은 500 내지 600℃에서 0.5 내지 10분 동안 가열된 후 공기속에 소입
    된다.
    (f) 상기 스트립은 제조된 시이트의 최종두께로 냉간 압연된다.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 6 내지 12mm의 두께를 갖는 스트립이 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 두껑과 몸체를 제조하기 위한 얇은 금속시이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 얇아진 스트립은 530 내지 580℃에서 1 내지 2분동안 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 두껑과 몸체를 제조하기 위한 얇은 금속시이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 100 내지 250℃에서 30분 내지 2시간 동안 인공시효가 상기(e)단계와 (f)단계 사이에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 두껑과 몸체를 제조하기 위한 얇은 금속시이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 최종의 금속시이트가 200 내지 220℃에서 5 내지 15분동안 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 두껑과 몸체를 제조하기 위한 얇은 금속시이트의 제조방법.
