IC(집적회로)패키지의 리드를 납으로 피복시키는 방법 및 장치

제 1 도는 솔더 웨이브와 그에 인접한 다수의 IC패키지를 지지하는 팔레트의 평면도이다, 제 2 도는 제1도의 솔더 웨이브와 팔레트의 부분 측면도이다, 제 3 도는 팔레트가 솔더 웨이브로 부터 나왔을때 솔더 웨이브에 대한 팔레트와 IC패키지를 나타내는 확대 측면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 다수개의 IC패키지를 팔레트의 이동통로에 대해 각이지게 기울어진 상태를 유지하고 팔레트의 이동 방향에 대해 각이지게 회전된 상태를 유지하게 팔레트에다 설치하고, 그리고 납이 불필요하게 누적되지 않고 IC패키지가 효율적으로 솔더 웨이브를 스쳐 지나가게 상기 통로를 따라서 솔더 웨이브를 통해 IC패키지를 이동시키는 것으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사각형 IC패키지의 리드를 납으로 피복시키는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 경사진 각이 팔레트에 대해 약 10 내지 20도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, IC패키지의 회전된 각이 약 45도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 리드를 가진 다수개의 사각형 IC패키지, IC패키지를 실질적인 선형통로를 따라 운반 할 수 있게 지지하는 팔레트, 및 IC패키지를 경사진 상태로 고정 유지시키는 장치로 구성되어 있고, 팔레트에 IC패키지가 놓여지는 경사면이 있으며, 경사면은 팔레트의 지지표면에 대해 기울러져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사각형 IC패키지의 리드를 납으로 피복시키는 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 경사면이 팔레트의 지지표면에 대해 약 10 내지 20도의 각도로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, IC패키지를 경사진 상태로 고정 유지시키는 장치가 IC패키지와 마찰 접촉하는 핑거를 가진 문를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 핑거가 IC패키지와 접촉하는 각이진 부분을 가지고 있고, 핑거의 각이진 부분은 경사면의 경사진 각에 대응하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제 4 항에 있어서, IC패키지의 인접한 면이 통로에 대해 각이진 상태로 배치되게 IC패키지를 경사진 상태로 고정 유지시키는 장치가 IC패키지를 통로에 대해 회전된 위치로 유지시키는 것으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 인접한 면이 통로에 대해 90도와 180도 이외의 각도로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 팔레트와 IC패키지가 경사지고 회전된 상태로 솔더 웨이브를 통해 운반될때 리드에다 납을 피복시키기 위해 솔더 웨이브를 공급시키는 장치가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
