Claims (11)

  1. 염색 또는 날염단계를 실시하기 전에 직물을 1개 이상의 일차 및/또는 이차 및/또는 삼아 아미노기를 갖는 1가 또는 다가 아민과 시안아미드, 디시안아미드, 구아니딘 또는 비스구아니딘의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 화합물의 용액으로, 또는 상기 화합물의 불안정 염용액으로 예비처리하는데 있어서 용액의 온도가 50℃보다 낮고 및 용액의 pH가 11보다 크도록 함을 특징으로 하는 직물섬유의 염색 또는 날염방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 용액내의 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨의 농도가 20g/1를 초과하지 않는다는 전제하에 상기 용액내에 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨을 0.05x 내지 0.30x 사이의 양(x는 용액내에 존재하는 상술한 화합물 또는 그의 불안정 염의 중량을 나타낸다)으로 내포시킴으로써 목적하는 pH 값을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 섬유를 이그조우스팅 방법으로 예비처리하고 및 용액의 온도가 35 내지 45℃ 사이임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 섬유를 패딩방법으로 예비처리하고 및 용액의 온도가 주변온도임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액내에 존재하는 화합물 또는 그의 불안정 염의 양이 처리하고자 하는 직물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 최소한 1.5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 디엘틸렌 트리아민과 디시안디아미드의 반응 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 전술한 항들 중 한 항에 있어서, 예비처리한 후의 섬유를 산성 또는 중성 조건들하에 반응성 염료로 염색함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 다음과 같은 연속적인 단계들: (a) 1개 이상의 일차 및/또는 삼차 아미노기를 갖는 1가 또는 다가 아민과 시안아미드, 디시안디아미드, 구아니딘 또는 비스구아니딘 반응생성물로 이루어진 화합물의 용액, 또는 상기 화합물의 불안정 염용액을 함유하며, 이때 용액의 pH가 11보다 큰 배드에 섬유를 통과시켜 섬유를 예비처리하는 단계; (b) 섬유를 염료액을 함유하는 배드에 통과시켜 섬유를 염색하는 단계: (c) 섬유를 세척하는 단계 : (d) 섬유를 건조시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 루스 셀루로오스 섬유의 염색방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, (a) 내지 (c)의 단계들을 총 30분 이내에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 1개의 이상의 일차 및/또는 이차 및/또는 삼차 아미노기를 갖는 1가 또는 다가의 아민과 시안아이드, 디시안디아미드, 구아니딘 또는 비스구아니딘의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 예비처리 화합물 2.0% w/wf 이상을 고착시킨 염색된 직물 섬유.
  11. 1개의 이상의 일차 및/또는 이차 및/또는 삼차 아미노기를 갖는 1가 또는 다가 아민과 시안아미드, 디시안디아미드, 구아니딘 또는 비스구아니딘의 반응생성물로 이루어진 예비처리 화합물 최소한 1.0% w/wf를 고착시킨 염색된 면직물.
