Claims (4)

  1. (R1S)-3-클로로-1,2-프로판디올에 세라티아속에 속하는 미생물을 반응혼합물 중에서 작용시키고, 이어서 잔류하는 (R)-3-클로로-1,2-프로판디올을 수거함을 특징으로 하는 광학적활성(R)-3-클로로-1,2-프로판디올의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 미생물이 세라티아 마르세센스, 세라티아 리퀘파시엔스 또는 세라티아 마리노루브라인 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, SH기를 갖는 화합물을 반응혼합물에 첨가하는 제조방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, SH기를 갖는 화합물이, 디티오트레이톨, 디티오에리트리톨, 글루타티온, 시스테인, 메르칼토에탄올 티오글리세롤, 2,3-디메르캅토프로판올, 티오아세트산, 디메르캅토숙신산, 2-메르캅토프로피온산, 3-메르캅토프로피온산, 티오글리콜산, 3차-부틸메르캅탄, 소듐 히드로술피드 및 포타슘 히드로 술피드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물인 제조방법.
