니트로 에텐 유도체의 제조방법
Claims (8)
- 일반식(I)의 니트로에텐 유도체류 또는 생리적으로 적용가능한 그 염을 공정중에서,(I)[상기식중,R은또는기를 나타낸다.]a)일반식중(Ⅱ)의 아민R-CH2SCH2CH3NH2(II)[상기식중, R은 전술된 바와 같다.]을 일반식(III)의 화합물(Ⅲ)[상기식중, X는 할로겐원자, 또는 임의로 치환된 펜옥신기를 나타낸다.]또는 일반식(IV)의 화합물.(Ⅳ)[상기식중,X는 전술된 바와 같다.]과 반응시켜, 일반식(V)의 중간체(Ⅴ)[상기식중, R과 X는 전술된 바와 같다.]을 생성시키고, b)결과로 얻은 일반식(V)의 중간체를 메틸아민과 반응시켜 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하고, c)임의로, 결과를 얻어진 일반식(I)화합물을 공지방법에 의해 생리적으로 적용가능한 그 염으로 전환시켜줌을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(III)에 해당하는 화합물이 1,1,1-트리클로로-2-니트로에탄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(III)에 해당하는 화합물이 1,1,1-트리펜옥시-2-니트로에탄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(IV)에 해당하는 화합물이 1,1,1-디클로로-2-니트로에탄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(IV)에 해당하는 화합물이 1,1,1-디펜옥시-2-니트로에탄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, a)단계와 b)단계공정이 1단계 공정으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
