송엽분말을 함유시킨 영양당면의 제조방법

Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 제 1 단계에서는 당면제조용 원료녹말의 일부를 열탕액에 반죽하여 풀처럼 만든다음 여기에 당면제조용 녹말원료 총량의 약 10% 정도에 해당하는 송엽분말을 투입하여 교반시키므로써 송엽분말이 혼합된 풀을 만들고 이곳에 나머지 원료녹말을 투입하여 40℃ 정도의 더운물로 반죽한 다음 치대어 공지된 방법으로 압출하여 숙성시키고 식혀서 얼린다음 물에 녹여서 건조하는 제법으로 이루어지는 송엽분말이 함유된 영양당면의 제조방법.
