제3도는 귀환공기의 온도에 대해 제1증발기와 제1응축기의 작동관계를 나타내는선도.
제4도는 공기조화장치의 요부를 나타내는 확대도.
제5도는 제4도의 다른실시예를 나타내는 확대도.
제6도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 나타내는 개략도.
Claims (5)
- 건물의 옥상과 같은 높은곳에 설치되는 제2응축기(4) 및 제빙형열저장기(10)로 이루어진 저온열저장기와, 건물의 지하실과 같은 낮은곳에 설치되는 제2증발기(5) 및 온수형열저장소(11)로 이루어진 고온열저장기, 상기 저온열저장기와 고온열저장기 사이에 임의의 높이로 설치되어 공기 조화실내의 공기를 가열시켜주는 열교환기로서의 제1응축기(2)와 공기조화실내에 공기를 냉각시키기 위한 열교환기로서의 제1증발기(3) 및 이들 제1응축기(2)와 제1증발기(3)를 통해 공기를 공기조화실내로 불어넣은 팬(21)을 갖춘 공기조화기(1), 상기 증발기를 매개로 저온열저장기에 연결되어 그 내부에 열매가 채워져 순환되게 되는 중력형 냉각히트파이트(7,9) 및 상기 응축기(2)를 매개로 고온 열저장기에 연결되어 그 내부에 열매가 채워져 순환되는 중력형 가열히트파이프(6,8)로 이루어진 건물용 공기조화장치에 있어서, 상기 공기조화실내의 온도를 감지하는 서미스터(22)와, 상기 제1증발기(3)의 입구와 제1응축기(2)의 출구에서 히트파이프(7,9:6,8)와 연결된 유량제어밸브(23,24,23a), 상기 제1증발기(3)속에 액상으로 유지되고 있는 열매레벨의 설정수준을 감지하기 위해 바이패스(7,7a)와 액체레벨감지스위치(26)로 이루어진 액체레벨감지수단 및, 상기 서미스터(22)와 액체레벨감지수단으로부터 인가된 검출신호를 기초로 각각의 유량제어밸브(23,24,23a)를 조절해 줌으로써 공기조화실의 실내온도를 적정수준으로 맞추어 주는 제어기(25)가 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팬(21)의 회전이 서미스터(22)로부터 감지된 신호를 기초로 제어기(26)에 의해 계산되어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스(7a)는 액상의 열매가 통과되는 냉각히트파이프(7)와 제1증발기(3)에 평행한 증기상의 열매가 통과되는 가열히트파이프(9)가 연결되고, 상기 액체레벨감지스위치(26)가 바이패스(7a)내의 액상의 열매온도를 감지하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 액체레벨감지스위치(26)는 액상열매가 제1증발기(3)의 최상부핀에 오는 상태를 감지할 수 있도록 상기 바이패스(7a)에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유량제어밸브(23,24)는 액상의 열매를 위해 수평으로 연장된 히트파이프(7)에서 아래쪽으로 연장된 하우징(23f)과, 이 하우징(23f)위에서 히트파이프(7)의 주변을 둘러싸는 전자석(23e) 및, 상기 하우징(23f)내에서 위.아래쪽 방향으로 이동하도록 장착되고, 지지부(23g)와 이 지지부(23g)상부에 고정되어 자기액체(23h)가 담겨지는 가요성백(23i)를 갖춘 밸브(23j)로 이루어져, 상기 전자석(23e)이 여자될 때 밸브(23j)는 이 전자석(23e)에 흡입됨으로 써 상기 백(23i)이 상기 히트파이프(7)의 내부둘레에 기밀접촉되어 상기 히트파이트(7)를 막아 주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화장치.※참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
