제1도는 본 발명의 다중 창 단위체의 바람직한 구체예의 부분 횡단면도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 다중 창 단위체의 대안적인 구체예의 부분 횡단면도이고,
제3도는 두 유리판사이의 조성물의인장결합 강도를 측정하기 위해서 인스트론 장치와 함께 사용되는 특정정착물의 측면도이고,
제4도는 제3도에 나타낸 특정 정착물의 정면도이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 그 사이에 기체공간을 제공하기 위한 간격체 요소 및 기체층을 밀봉시키기 위한 밀폐 요소에 의해 서로 떨어져서 유지되어 있는 한쌍의 유리판을 포함하는 다중판유리 단위체에 있어서, 탈수물질과 폴리이소시아네이트와 활성수소 함유물질의 반응 생성물인 가소화되지 않은 중합체 물질을 포함하는 간격체요소와 ; 폴리이소시아네이트와 활성수소 함유물질의 반응생성물인 가소화되지 않은 중합체물질을 포함하는 밀폐요소(간격체요소의 중합체물질은 밀폐요소의 중합체 물질보다 큰 수증기 투과속도를 갖는다)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중판유지 단위체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 간격체 요소의 중합체물질이 밀폐요소의 중합체물질과 다른 다중판유리 단위체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수물질이 간격체요소를 구성하는 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 약10-약75 중량%범위의 양으로 간격체요소에 존재하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 간격체 및 밀폐요소들의 가소화되지 않은 중합체물질이 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아, 폴리(우레탄-우레아), 폴리티오카르바메이트 및 그 혼합물들로부터 선택되는 다중판유리 단위체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 간격체요소 및 밀폐요소의 가소화되지 않은 중합체물질이 폴리우레탄인 다중판유리 단위체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 밀폐요소의 폴리우레타이 폴리디엔 폴리올 및 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 제조되는 다중판유리 단위체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 간격체요소가 밀폐요소의 내측유리판의 마주보느 안쪽 면들의 가장자리 끝머리에 자력으로 부착되고 ASTM F-372-78 에 의해 측정하여 적어도 약 1gmm/d㎡의 수증기침투성 또는 속도를 특징으로 하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 간격체요소가 ASTM D-1002에 의해 측정하여 적어도 약 10psi의 전단강도 ; 적어도 약 20psi의 인장결합강도 ; 및 ASTM -952에 의해 측정하여 적어도 약 2%의 파괴시 신장률을 특징으로 하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐요소가 유리판들의 마주보는 안쪽면들의가장자리 끝머리에 자력으로 부착되고 ASTM F-372-78 에 의해 측정하여 약 10gmm/d㎡ 보다 크지않은 수증기침투성 또는 투과속도를 특징으로 하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 밀폐요소가 ASTM D-1002에 의해 측정하여 적어도 약 10psi의 전단강도, 적어도 약 20psi의 인장강도 및 ASTM D-952에 의해 측정하여 적어도 약 2%의 파괴시 신장률을 특징으로 하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 간격체요소가 충진제를 포함하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 충진제가 분자 시이브인 다중판유리 단위체.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐요소가 충진제를 포함하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 충진제가 운모인 다중판유리 단위체.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 충진제가 간격체요소를 구성하는 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 적어도 5 중량%의 양으로 간격체 요소내에 존재하는 다중판유리 단위체.
  16. 제5항에 있어서, 밀폐요소의 가소화되지 않은 폴리우레탄이 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리이소프렌으로부터 제조되는 다중판유리 단위체.
  17. 제5항에 있어서, 밀폐요소의 가소화되지 않은 폴리우레탄이 히드록실 관능 폴리부타디엔과 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 제조되는 다중판유리 단위체.
  18. 제5항에 있어서, 간격체요소의 가소화되지 않은 폴리우레탄이 폴리에테르 폴리올과 폴리이소사아네이트로부터 제조되는 다중판유리 단위체.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 충진제가 밀폐요소를 구성하는 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 약5-약60 중량% 범위의 양으로 밀폐요소내의 존재하는 다중판유리 단위체.
