제1도는 에쉐레시아 콜리에 있어서 방향족 아미노산의 생합성 경로 및 조절기전을 나타낸 것이며,
제2도는 본발명의 재조합 유전자 PMW12 제조공정도 및 제한효소 부위도를 나타낸 것이며,
제3도는 본발명의 재조합 유전자 PMW13 제조공정도 및 제한효소 부위도를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 신균주 MWPEC 13-60(KAIST, KCTC 8237P)를 발효배지중에 발효시켜서 L-페닐 알라닌을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 항생제 가나마이신 표식 유전자를 갖고 있는 PMK20 플라스미드와 본문의 상세한 설명에서 사용한 PheA 및 aroF 유전자를 재조합하여 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에서, L-페닐 알라닌 생합성 관여 유전자(PheA, aroF)를 이용한 재조합 플라스미드조작에 제한 효소 PstI, EcoRI, HindⅢ를 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에서 벙이된 온도 조절유전자를 이용 재조합 플라스미드조작에 제한효소 AatI, HacII, BamHI, BglII, PstI를 사용하는 방법.
