- 신균주 MWPEC 13-60(KAIST, KCTC 8237P)를 발효배지중에 발효시켜서 L-페닐 알라닌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항생제 가나마이신 표식 유전자를 갖고 있는 PMK20 플라스미드와 본문의 상세한 설명에서 사용한 PheA 및 aroF 유전자를 재조합하여 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에서, L-페닐 알라닌 생합성 관여 유전자(PheA, aroF)를 이용한 재조합 플라스미드조작에 제한 효소 PstI, EcoRI, HindⅢ를 사용하는 방법.
- 제3항에서 벙이된 온도 조절유전자를 이용 재조합 플라스미드조작에 제한효소 AatI, HacII, BamHI, BglII, PstI를 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
