유전자 조작 미생물에 의한 L-페닐 알라닌의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 에쉐리시아콜리에 있어서 방향족 아미노산의 생합성 경로 및 조절기전을 나타낸 것이며,
제2도는 본발명의 재조합 유전자 PMW12 제조공정도 및 제한효소 부위도를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 신균주 MWPEC 12-45(KAIST, KCTC 8236P)를 발효배지중에 발효시켜서 L-페닐 알라닌을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 항생제 가나마이신 표식 유전자를 갖고 있는 PMK20 플라스미드와 PheA, aroF 유전자를 재조합 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, L-페닐 알라닌 생산에 관여하는 두 유전자(PheA, aroF)를 이용한 재조합 균주조작에 제한 효소 PstI, EcoRI를 사용하는 방법.
