Claims (3)
- 신균주 MWPEC 12-45(KAIST, KCTC 8236P)를 발효배지중에 발효시켜서 L-페닐 알라닌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항생제 가나마이신 표식 유전자를 갖고 있는 PMK20 플라스미드와 PheA, aroF 유전자를 재조합 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-페닐 알라닌 생산에 관여하는 두 유전자(PheA, aroF)를 이용한 재조합 균주조작에 제한 효소 PstI, EcoRI를 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
