Claims (7)
- 특성단량체로서 디알릴디에틸암모늄클로라이드, N-비닐아민 또는 다음식(I)의 N-비닐이미다졸린의 공중합된 단위를 함유하며 30이상의 K값을 가지는 양이온 중합체와, 어떤 산화제, 중합개시제 또는 알칼리의 부재상태에서 천연감자전분의 젤라틴화온도 이상의 수성매질에서 가열함으로써 수용성 형태로 전환되는 천연감자전분의 혼합물을 건조강도 향상제로서 지료에 가하고 시트를 형성하여 지료를 탈수시키는 높은 건조강도의 종이 및 판지를 생산하는 방법 :상기식에서 R1는 H, C1-C8-알킬 또는이고 R5및 R6는 각각 H, C1-C4-알킬 또는 염소이고, R2는 H, C1-C5-알킬, -CH2 , 또는이고 R3및 R4는 각각 또는 C1-C4-알킬이며 X-는 산기이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 천연감자전분 100중량부당 1 내지 20중량부의 양이온 중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 및 2항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 건조 강도 향상제가, 천연감자전분을 60 내지 180의 K값을 가지는 다알릴디메틸암모늄클로라이드의 동중중합체의 존재하에서 가열함으로써 얻을 수 있는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 및 2항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 건조 강도 향상제가, 중합체의 70 내지 100몰%의 포르밀그룹이 제거되어 N-비닐아민 단위를 형성하고, 가수분해된 중합체가 75 내지 180의 K값을 가지는, N-비닐포름아미드의 가수분해된 동종중합체의 존재하에서 천연감자전분을 가열함으로써 얻을 수 있는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 및 2항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 건조 강도 향상제가, 공중합된 단위로서 95 내지 10몰%의 N-비닐포름아미드 및 5 내지 90몰%의 비닐아세테이프 또는 비닐프로피오네이트를 함유하며, 중합체의 70 내지 100몰%의 포르밀그룹이 제거되어 N-비닐아민 단위를 형성하고70 내지 100몰%의 아세틸 및 프로피오닐 그룹이 제거되어 비닐알코올단위를 형성하며, 70 내지 17Θ의 K값을 가지는, 가수분해된 공중합체의 존재하에서 천연감자전분을 가열함으로써 얻을 수 있는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 및 2항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 건조 강도 향상제가, 치환 또는 비치환된 N-비닐이미다졸린의 동종중합체 또는 80 내지 220의 K값을 가지는 이들의 아크릴아미드 및/또는 메타아크릴아미드와의 공중합체의 존재하에서 천연감자전분을 가열함으로써 얻을 수 있는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 및 2항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 공중합된 단위서 70 내지 96.5중량%의 아클리아미드 및/또는 메타아크릴아미드, 2 내지 20중량%의 N-비닐이미다졸린 또는 N-비닐-2-메틸이미다졸린 및 1.5 내지 10중량%의 N-비닐이미다졸을 함유하며 80 내지 220의 K값을 가지는 공중합체의 존재하에서 천연감자전분을 가열함으로써 얻을 수 있는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
